I’ve been working out with Jeff for JUST OVER A YEAR now!
Since my time with Jeff, he’s really helped me to pack on the LEAN MUSCLE (OVER 30 LBS!!!) that I’ve been looking for — by designing CUSTOM WORKOUTS and answering NUTRITION and SUPPLEMENTATION questions along the way!
He is a PHENOMENAL trainer!
If you’re in the NORTH COUNTY area (more specifically, Encinitas) and have thought about getting back in shape, or even better shape. He’s your man!
His pricing is incredible and he blows other personal trainers right out of the water. He really knows what he’s talking about and can adapt training to your personal needs.
He is incredibly personable as well as professional and makes working out FUN!
