Marie is AMAZING! One note, though, her office is in Carlsbad off of Poinsettia, not in Encinitas.
She says she «starts by listening», and that is exactly what she does. I am a first-​time home buyer, and knew I needed a trusted area expert in my corner. Marie has 25+ years of experience in the area and is definitely an area expert. I wasn’t sure what type of property I wanted (house, townhome or condo), and I hadn’t yet picked the neighborhood when we started looking.
