Michelle Leuschen, MS

Michelle is changing my life — there is no other way to put it. I found her through the EFT group on MeetUp, and now I see her weekly for one on one sessions. I’ve struggled with depression and anxiety my whole life, and it’s been getting worse with age and life circumstances. I’ve seen a myriad of psychiatrists and therapists with no results. Michelle combines her training as a therapist with her gifts of intuition and spiritual awareness to help you find your freedom and enduring joy. She won’t fix your problems, she’ll help you create such a strength of spirit that you’ll see you have no problems. She has literally changed my life.

I visited Michelle for help with OCD and a few other things, she walked me through the EFT method and honed in on the root cause of the issues I came for. I was quite impressed by her, in addition to being wise and perceptive, she is also very relatable with a good sense of humor. I left her office (which is comfy and pleasant) feeling encouraged and glad that I had come.

Michelle is an amazingly helpful, honest, and forward-​thinking teacher that has helped me along in my journey through EFT and other classes. I feel that many therapies of the past aren’t very helpful as they are dependent on the facilitator and bank on you coming back week after work, such as talk therapy. Michelle’s way of offering guidance more follows the guidelines of teaching a man how to fish. I am able to use EFT in group sessions; and also at home, at work, or on the beach! She exudes a tremendous amount of compassion and support while giving one space to grow and understand their own complexities. Michelle and her practice have been, and still are, a big part of my part of my evolution and acceptance of life and light. I am so happy to be able to do this review! Michelle is awesome, and in one session you feel your issues melt! I did a session on Skype last night with her and in the middle of my whole life going through a huricane, I came out of the session with serenity, peace and a bright look at the future! thank you Michelle.
Michelle has tapping circles in her office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and the circles are amazing, multiple people shifting their lives in minutes. Super effective.

Oh my Lord! This lady is amazing! EFT is amazing. If you’ve tried other counseling and it’s failed, call Michelle. If you’ve tried traditional one on one counseling or group counseling and it’s helped you work through a lot of stuff past and present, call Michelle. I don’t mean to sound like a cliché, broken record, but EFT will help you work through your «stuff» so quickly, it’s unbelievable. One session will leave you feeling like a different person. Multiple sessions will change your perspective forever.
How does it work? Well, for me, I think of an issue I’m having (yesterday I worked through the fear of recording my music) and Michelle will help you to change the energy of the fear/​issue from negative to neutral to positive. I’m now stoked about recording today. Phew!
