Adrienne at Mind Body Shaping is an amazing massage therapist in Encinitas. I am a chiropractor, I have worked with several massage therapists in the past, and I have to say that Adrienne is among the best. She has great hands and really knows her anatomy. One of the things I love the most about Adrienne is her commitment to continue learning as she has recently completed a local yoga teacher training program — way cool!
Her Encinitas office is quiet, relaxing, and clean which is very important to me. She has a friendly personality, she is very professional, and she doesn’t talk through your whole massage! I have recommended her services to several of my chiropractic patients and friends who have come back saying that she was amazing. If you’re in the Encinitas area and looking for a good massage, I would highly recommend giving Adrienne a call, her fees for massage are very reasonable!

Adrienne is amazing! She isn’t like a spa masseuse, who has the same routine for everyone. Her experience in the medical community gives her a depth that I’ve never had with any other massage therapist anywhere. She finds problem areas and helps to correct them in a relaxing and calming way, and always with the perfect touch. My husband and I like drastically different pressure levels, and she has always delivered for both of us without us even having to say anything. I would and have recommended Adrienne to anyone. Whether you need massage to heal or just relax and realign, you will get much more out of a massage with Adrienne than you think possible!

This place is awesome, and Adrienne is well schooled in her profession. I am an older person, with severe spine and lower back problems. I also have sciata in both legs. To compound that I am an active cyclist. Adrienne has zero’d in on my problem, has treated my condition to the point that I am almost 100% pain free, and back on the bike for long distance rides. Her treatment is professional and she has the knowledge to treat almost any problem. Her studio is convenient, immaculate, and she always welcomes you with a smile.

I love a good deep tissue massage, and I have searched for a few months now for a good therapist in the Carlsbad/​Encinitas area. I was actually disappointed to what was available until I found Mind Body Shaping. The therapists name is Adrienne, and she certainly knows her business. She took the the time to evaluate my severe neck/​shoulder, and back problems and was able to work on the problem areas to my satisfaction. Not too deep, yet deep enough to get to the issues that have caused me discomfort for the past 3 years. I feel fortunate to have found her. Great therapy, nice studio atmosphere, and she has a great professional personality.

Today was my first time with Adrianne as she came highly recommended by a friend of mine. I had her focus on my lower back because of an injury I had about a year ago and aggravated a few days ago.
She’s got a wonderful touch and really got me loosened up so that I could once again tie my shoes :) She also instructed me to do some stretches which would help me with keeping my lower back loose. Along with a great massage I left the office and had the privilege to drive down the beautiful coastline on a sunny day. I totally had a zen moment on the way home.
