My windows, screens and tracks have never been so clean! They were on time and very focused on my project. They also wiped down the outside lights and got to the very high widows and cleaned the ledges while they were up there. Very happy with the job.

Best job of cleaning my windows EVER — I have a very large house and many high windows, requiring very expert care and professional experience to clean the windows. Also had mirrors and kitchen glass cabinet doors cleaned. In addition, I have wooden shutters covering many windows which can only be accessed w/​tall ladders. Frank, the service person sent by MR SHINE, dusted the high shutters, cleaned the windows behind the shutters, and also cleaned all my screens and tracks for my crank out windows — I can not praise the finished job enough — and if you are seeking personal recommendations, I told the owner it to OK to have someone call me for direct recommendations. Didn’t even realize how dirty my windows were but today they shine. SO VERY HAPPY —

Our initiall quote was based on a sq footage I had provided, windows washed inside and out, screens cleaned, window tracks cleaned and out door lighting cleaned. I told Chris we had lots of windows and some very high and difficult. The job was scheduled the next day at 2 and be done by 6:30. Chris looked our house up on line and went by the sq footage given online (if it was Zillow that is another 1 star, but that is a different story). He wanted $ 50 more dollars, which I approved, I still thought it was a great deal for the marvelous job he had stated over and over (he is a great salesman). They could still be done by 6:30.
The 2 men showed up at 2. At 6:15 i was worried about them finishing, they said they could finish by 6:30.
I had to leave at 6:30, when I returned i looked around. My hose was left in a pile on a set of stairs. My plumeria had a section destroyed. Rags were left. A screen was ruined. A window jammed. Two windows missed. Outdoor lighting not cleaned.
I called Chris, he appologized. We arranged for Tues. 7 am for them to finish. No show, no call. Today is Thursday, I left a text and message. I have not heard back.
I will not use this company again.

I had my windows, interior and exterior, done yesterday and these guys did a great job. They arrived on time, 7am, and were finished in 3 hours. They also wiped down outside lights, window tracks and window sills. The windows are sparkling!
