I have been a customer here for many years and have been extremely happy with them. The customer service is wonderful, and unlike large chain stores, they really provide personal service. They have always been easy to work with and have gone out of their way to make sure I’m happy. They had a few bumps a couple years ago, but I have always been able to work easily with them. Plus, their rates are great. I highly recommend them.

I have been a happy customer since 1986, the year they first opened as San Diego Cellular. Family owned and operated. I like that. It’s better than some mega-business and short-timers for employees. I have always had excellent customer service. I have referred many friends because I like the way they provide customer support. Anytime I have had a question, they have been very helpful. I can go in and they show me new things my MotoX can do. Having been a customer for 28 years, I have known a lot of people at Wireless Works. Our whole family has used Wireless Works. We are all very happy.

I can’t even give one star. These guys are«fishy». After 8 years with this company I switched to iPhone going Directly with Verizon. Even though I used Verizon service, Wireless would not release my telephone number making me get a new one. These guys had bundled it into some business account and said the only way to extricate it was to assume liability. I had already purchased a new contract and they said the only way I could keep the number was to carry both my new iPhone Contracted as well as the original number. This may sound confusing because it is! They are using business practices that only qualify or shananningans! Get as far away from these guys as possible.

I have been a customer of theirs for 7 years now, and it seems like their customer service has just been getting worse and worse. It is horrendous and is driving me to leave. I have had so many pointless headaches and problems from these people that I can only begin to list them because of how extremely detailed and convoluted they are. All of their employees(with perhaps the exception of the pretty girl who works up front at the counter and is quite kind) seem to be unhappy with their job and therefore unmotivated. They are rude, incompetent, and dont care about retaining their customers. Recently, I had an issue with a payment not going through due to them losing my bill. I expected them to give me some wiggle room to track down the missing payment being that I have been a loyal customer for 7 years who always pays his bills on time. Three of their employees promised me they would not suspend my account until we could resolve the issue but guess what? They suspended it anyway without warning! When I went to talk to them, they treated me like I was some punk kid who was trying to get a couple months of free cell phone service without intending on paying the bill instead of a valued and loyal customer. After leaving their storefront, I went over to a verizon wireless store and found that all of their employees were happy, cheerful, and very helpful… The complete opposite of what I have been experiencing at SD wireless for the past couple of years. There was a time when they were better, but I am being forced to leave because of their low quality service. I dont think I have ever seen worst customer service. In addition to their lack of customer service, there isnt much incentive to take their service over a main service provided such as verizon wireless. With SD wireless, you do not get features or support from verizon wireless even though you are using their towers. Verizon wireless will tell you that your account does not exist if you turn to them for help with an issue. It makes much more sense to skip SD wireless all together and just sign up at a verizon store.

I have been a customer for over 10 plus years and just in the last two years have been receiving such horrible service ever from them. Every time I call to ask a question or pay my bill i get attitude and rudeness from everyone. Just spoke with Daniella today and told her I have been unhappy with the service I have been given and told her I might want to close my account with SD Wireless. Her response was ok thats fine and not asking me what the problem was or maybe to talk me out of closing my account. All in all, now im going to close my account cause they obviously do not me a customer anymore!

This is a Verizon carrier RE-Seller. They are unprofessional and lied to me. I went to buy a Droid and they told me they lose money on it so buy an EnV instead. I bought the Droid and was told it would be there 2 – 3 days and two weeks later I called looking for it. They said“OH! It just came in today!” We tried to call you and they used a phone I disconnected a year ago. They did not try on my CELLPHONE that I have with THEM! IT is for my daughter and the free shipping you may have seen discussed elsewhere… well forget it. YOUPAY! Their sales man lied and the customer service is like playing dodge ball. They don’t want to take responsibility and won’t step up to the plate and do the right thing. IF I were you I would keep looking before signing up with these bozos! I absolutely regret it. Considering we have 5 phones with them and spend close to $ 400/month you would think I could get some help there. That is about to change to zero per month!!! PS They moved across El Camino Real to the Weingarten Shopping center.

As of this point in time I rate them quite lowly. My group of three have decided that we all want Iphones with our same phone numbers on the same ATT contract we have had for years now. The problem is that not only will this ‘establishment,’ never have Iphones in stock, but they also are extremely resilient to porting our cell number to another location that stocks Iphones. When I called asking them to port our number they kept giving me the old run-around, in what I think was a frail attempt to keep us from abandoning their ship, and I eventually got no where with them. Allow me to reiterate, as of this point in time I rate them one pathetic star, but if they become compliant and helpful than I foresee possible growth in their star count.
