Starbucks

I receive good service here and the baristas actually know what they are doing (the drinks are made correctly — yay!).
I wish it were larger. It can get rather congested in the pick-​up area and there’s not enough seating. So its not someplace I would meet a friend for a coffee.
But for take-​aways, its great.

So disappointed in this location! The manager pulls down posters for theatre groups. Totally anti-​community, what’s up Mr. Schultz?

They are not open at 5 :00 am they open 5:30 Sunday so the online said open 5:00 don’t believe it

Perfect in every way. These guys work fast and are very accurate. The parking lot can be kind of a pain (only if you need to go north when you leave) but that is certainly not their fault. There is usually parking near the front of the store and what more can I ask for?
A great example of a Starbucks run properly. Thank you.
PS: I also just have to say that the clientele here is pretty great, too. Not as… uppity??? as some… ahem. You know what I mean. Nice folks = nice atmosphere. I really wish this place was much larger so that there was more lounging and work spaces.

Come here every day to get my cup of coffee after lunch before I head back to work! This location never gave me any problems. Always happy with my drinks, service, there’s always seats available to relax on and my drink is made pretty quickly.

Some of the friendliest Starbucks employees I’ve ever encountered! This cute little location is conveniently located in a small shopping plaza near a grocery, some small shops and other food restaurants. The only bad thing about this location is there’s no drive thru, so plan ahead! The service here is always fast and it’s very clean. I love coming to this hidden gem!

Place is a mess trash full and over spilling, tables dirty and employees sitting around chatting. Had to clean a table just to sit down!

I don’t understand this Starbucks.
I either get really great customer service and drinks or it’s really horrible and disappointing.
Came in today to grab coffee for myself and my coworkers, so I had four separate orders. When I walked in, there was no one in line behind me, but when I stepped up to order there were three people.
When I approached the brunette girl in glasses (wearing an apron that said «Adam»), I notified her I had four different orders. She looked noticeably annoyed by it and that really ticked me off. Her mood looked especially sour when I gave her my order last and needed to reload my card first.
They catered to the woman behind me who asked another employee if he could take her order since she was in a «rush». And were really nice to a regular customer, calling him by name and giving him a warm greeting. I come in here weekly and bring multiple orders from my work, so for them to act so burdened was annoying.
If you hate your job, fine. But don’t take it out on customers, they pay for your paycheck.

I like to come to this Starbucks during off hours to hang out and do some works. Decent standard Starbucks quality and friendly baristas. But more importantly, it has enough sitting space and AIR Conditioning! It has been so hot at the SD North County lately (in the 90s for days) and my apartment doesn’t have air conditioning. So, Starbucks, THANK YOU for offering the cool air along with the ice latte! You make a hot day much tolerable and enjoyable! $ 3.50 well spent!
You will see me again and again, especially on a hot day!

Its a bummer to share a bad experience but sometimes they happen. The Mgr — dont know her name but shes an average height brunette — lets just call her Mrs. 2 Star service… just an abrasive stingy person rigid like an ice cube. Every other Starbucks I go to (which is a frequent stop) never has an issue with pouring a little more product because I dont like alot of ice and this Mgr acted as though I wanted her 401k. Even though she’s a pill Starbucks is always a great place for a drink or blow off traffic on my laptop. Like their community.

The only Starbucks to:
–Spell my name correctly. I’ve gotten «Cyndi, Cyndy, Sindy, Cendy, Syndi, Syndy, Cindi, etc.»
–Secret menu? They know how to do it! No need to explain it to them.
–The line goes by quick
–wifi here is better than other starbucks I’ve gone to.

This starbucks rocks for one reason, its never busy around lunch time (although Jeremy doesn’t think so). However, Jeremy gets coffee here and I only grab sandwiches so they can’t really mess that up unless they burn it but that’s kinda hard to do. I had the chicken panini and it was very good!!!

I love my Starbucks! I was craving an iced tea so I went with the venti passion fruit ice tea sweetened. There was only a few people in this location when I walked in. It only cost me $ 2.45 for a venti passion fruit iced tea. Great price! It only took about 5 minutes before my tea came out.
Once I got my drink, I sat down with my husband and daughter at a table. I really enjoyed my passion fruit iced tea. I normally get frappachinos at Starbucks but wanted something different.
Inside was clean and there were tables inside and seating outside as well. The air conditioning was running so it was nice to cool off inside. Also free wifi which was great. Saves me from using my data. Awesome place! There was also parking in front. It fills up quickly.

This is my go-​to Starbucks! I’m known by many, if not all of the baristas and I choose to go here because of that. My favorite barista is Katie, she knows my exact order and has it ready before I’m even done paying. All the baristas are pretty fast which is a plus.

This place is good. It’s one of my regular stops on my work route. It’s usually pretty busy but today is nice and roomy. The only drawback to this location is the parking. It’s tight to get in and it’s always really full. If there’s a delivery to one of the shops then forget it. It’s gridlock. All in all, I’m still loyal. The store is consistently clean and the employees know their stuff.

I usually got to starbucks and get pretty good service but today when I went in I got exceptional service everyone seemed happy to be at work and everyone seemed to be working as a team I really like to be around positive people and to go into a retail place and get that vibe is always good thing

This location is actually quite busy and their service is not bad at all. My somewhat poor review is based solely on the quality and consistency of their drinks… Have been here a couple of times now and both times the drinks have been subpar. Ordered a couple of hot beverages and they were too hot to even begin to drink, even 20 mins later, wow. Today I picked up my favorite «peppermint mocha Frap» and figured hey, they couldn’t mess this up, well they did… It didn’t taste like peppermint at all, only mocha, whaw! Not sure I’ll come back to this location all that often.

This location is always buzzing with activity. The staff is friendly and they are quick at getting orders out. Parking is usually busy but I have always been able to find a good spot. Likewise tables are busy here but I usually can find a spot to sit if I want. They have both indoor and outdoor seating which is nice if the weather is right.
Since it’s close to home, I like to come here for a change of pace and get some work done on my laptop. Starbucks free WiFi is always a winner.

My review is base solely on their drinks. Their service was pretty decent. But their drinks on the other hand are unacceptable.
I normally get doppio expresso almost everyday. So with my experience, I would know a thing or two about this type of drink. Their doppio expresso tasted, burnt, not roasted, and really horrible.
I went to this Starbucks twice, different days, thinking that the first time was just a fluke but it wasn’t.

This is a small Starbucks location, and it’s about what you’d expect for one located in a strip mall. It’s tucked in near fast food places like Noodles & Co. and Hot Dog on a Stick. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, and they live up to the Starbucks standard.
The best part about this location, however, is the staff. Everyone on staff is always super friendly and accomodating. They always have a great smile and send you along nicely with your overpriced drink. You’re really paying for the service here, because that’s top notch.
