Stone Tile & Carpet Cleaning

Great carpet cleaning experience! I spoke with Dominique to set up a cleaning for a move out. All went smoothly from start to finish… and my carpets look perfect! It’s hard to find reliable, consistent, reasonably priced carpet cleaning… Stone Tile & Carpet will be the only company I use for future move out/​maintenance. I just referred two other friends… and will continue to do so. :)

So pleased with this service. We were easily able to get a Saturday appt since we work. Winston and Nick arrived promptly, explained the process and went to work on cleaning our grout. They were in and out within an hour and we could see the results immediately. We had been getting quotes of $ 600-​$ 800 and these guys were a fraction of the price and we can’t imagine being any more pleased. Highly recommend,

My carpets were in desperate need of cleaning. I called the company I usually use (the company that uses water only & their name is the same fowards and back) and got a quote, but it was just more than I could afford right now. However I couldn’t put off cleaning my carpets anymore so I started calling around and found these guys. The cost they quoted me was less than ¹⁄₃ of what the other company quoted me, so I jumped at the price. Because it was so inexpensive, I was fully prepared for them to either 1) change the price on me once they came out or 2) upsell me on additional cleaning. Neither happened. They reviewed the areas, requoted the price and away they went. They even were very direct with me about a particulary bad spot that I was told previously the other company could get out (which they did, but it only lasted about 3 days). They explained to me why it would look clean, then slowly come back, and offered up at least 2 solutions, shy of having to replace the entire room’s carpet. I appreciated the honesty.
It has now been over a month and my carpets still look great (except the bad spot they warned me about).
I only had them do a few rooms and stairs, but will definitely have them back again soon to clean the rest of my carpets.
