This is the sweetest mobile home park that I have ever been to. It was recently refurbished where all of the homes were upgrades now sporting quaint cottage-​style facades. I don’t think any of these houses are going to be moving any time soon. If you are thinking of buying the homes are small but so close to the beach and much more affordable than any home in Leucadia. Some of the residents skedaddle during the summer leaving their homes available for beach rentals. If you are in the neighborhood walk on in and say hello!
