It is challenging in today’s technology world to find a job in a specific skill set industry such as title/escrow/mortgage. With that said A-Team’s focus within the real estate industry helps those with matching skill sets find the right position. They are responsive, they communicate and more than anything else, they hear you. I have known Brian and Tania for the better part of 10 years and they have been there for me each time I have reached out. My last placement recently resulted in a permanent position that to me is a win, win. They listen to all of your needs, salary, geography, availability and work hard to find the perfect match. In a culture that is e-mail, internet based, these two maintain the human connection.

Great Company! I came to them after working as a marketing coordinator for a real estate group — and being very unhappy. I was unsure if I wanted to work for an agent again, and had a higher salary requirement than most agents want to pay support staff. A Team found me a very unique position with a real estate related company, where I worked with brokerages but did not work directly under an agent. Also they got me over my required salary amount! They’re amazing!

This is the 3^rd temp agency that I’ve worked with, and I think it’s my favorite. Everyone has been very helpful and personable, and willing to work with me. I’ve had 3 positions through them, the last of which I’ve been working at for over 3 months. This particular company specializes in providing staffing for real-estate related companies, such as title and escrow corporations.
They are definitely more hands-on than the previous agencies I’ve worked with. Expect lots of phone calls and «checking in» (both with you, AND with the company you’re working with) at the beginning of an assignment. While they are nice about it, it’s still annoying. Things settle down a week or two into the job, and then they just check in periodically.

Pretty weird… they DID find me a job, but I think they ended it, too? They would call me and text me (everyone from the recruiters to the receptionist) to check on me… This was DAILY! While I was on the job. and they would want me to call them on my lunch break (and talk for 15 minutes…)
It kind of felt like I was in a relationship with an abusive boyfriend or a scientologist. My parents wouldn’t call me like that when I’d break curfew as a teen.
