Last night, I had an emergency audio issue and I needed to rent speakers. Auction Audio delivered speakers to my venue in less than 30 minutes which saved my event!!!
I was very happy with the speakers and excellent service, I highly recommend!!!

Rich was super helpful to me, not just with getting me the right equipment but also in helping me get clear about what I was doing in production. This was my first time producing music videos and my budget was shoestring. He didn’t need to take the time with me that he did to help me navigate this new territory, but he did and it was great.
Equipment was just what we needed. All good. Will definitely return when needed!

Great group there. Needed outdoor movie night equipment. Sam hooked me up with exactly the right equipment and it was all popcorn and soda from there. Pleasure to work with and they do not speak only techie which was great.

These guys are super nice and very easy to rent from. I have a ton a of last minute rental needs, and they have always been very accommodating.

Don’t rent from these guys. The staff a very rude and not very knowledgable. I was trying to rent a mic (as a return customer) and after 4 phone calls told me they couldn’t do it. Very unprofessional. The 2 guys I dealt with, each a bigger jerk than the other were Jake and I wish I could remember the other. They seemed irritated to be bothered with having to talk to me or answer questions concerning availability of the mic. I called back after not getting a return call as promised. I was just making sure I had time to get it elsewhere if they couldn’t get it to me. He rudely said to me it would be no problem, but it was, hey, if you don’t want my business I will gladly take it elsewhere!
I never like to bad mouth anyone, but these guys really need to be nicer to the hand that feeds them!

Not a true A/​V company. Couldn’t provide a bid and when I asked where I should call, Jay couldn’t bother to give me a number.

Had a great experience renting equipment from Action Audio & Visual. I am a novice and they were helpful, not at all patronizing, and really made sure I was renting the correct items for my event.
I appreciated their clear communication and assistance with loading and installing equipment. Super friendly, super helpful people. I will definitely encourage my employer to rent our A/​V stuff from here again.

Very impressed with the above and beyond customer service here. Always willing to work within a budget, and deliver the equipment I need. Will continue to do business with them, because they know the importance of relationships with all clients, not just the ones with multi million dollar features.

Best place for rentals, amazing customer service, the staff is extremely nice. I rented a mic and speaker from them, I had trouble setting it up (even though they went through a tutorial when I picked up the equipment) and they immediately came over and set it up for us– not to mention it was Saturday memorial day weekend. I was very impressed with their kind service and patience, their pricing is also very reasonable.

These guys really work with you when you pick up your equipment to make sure everything works properly for whatever it is you need to do. For example, Sam really spent time with me to make sure my DJ controller worked with the speaker package I rented, and made sure that I had all the proper wiring and that I knew exactly how to hook everything up on my own.

I had a very simple need for a shoot. I needed a high end wireless lav mic for a performance, and I didn’t want to drive to Hollywood if it could be avoided.
I contacted Action Audio and Visual, through their website. A brief online conversation with Sam, lead me in the right direction of my needs. The entire transaction to reserve the equipment was done online. Again, fast and easy.
Upon pickup, I met Jacob. he went through all the cords, and pieces to make sure everything was there. Friendly service the whole time.
I dropped off the rental today. Sam was great, checked me in and thanked me for my business.
Nothing but a positive experience. It was only a $ 50 lav mic, but they were friendly, my order was ready upon pick-​up and, and the pick up and drop off was nothing short of exceptional.
If I ever need equipment in the future I will be coming back.

I have rented many times from Jacob and Andrew in the past 3 years. Jacob always helped me find the perfect lenses for my shot. He also helps me find everything I need even if they don’t have it. He always makes my last min impossible demands and timelines. I highly recommend action, if you want a successful project !!
