Imagine a job where you spend your entire day dealing with cranky sleep deprived people. Under those circumstances Advance Sleep Medicine staff Mimi and Isabel especially were wonderful to work with I had problems with the initial study equipment and they handled it very well and didn’t make me feel like a dummy for not understanding how to make the equipment work. All the way through the testing the trial and the borrowed APAP machine the Advanced Sleep Medicine staff went above and beyond to give good customer care.

They are a «BAIT & SWITCH» operation. They do not take any insurance, but they are listed on most insurance companies as accepting it. They ask you to pay in full upfront and are a complete scam. They also seem to have a monopoly in Southern California, which is bad. I think it’s time for the appropriate Medical associations and governing bodies to take some action.
At first, I posted this first on just one of their clinic sites, but since they’re owned by a corporate presence, I felt it was appropriate to post it on all of them to warn others.

I had a sleep study done here. The study itself was handled well and I liked the nurse.
But the company did not send me the results for over 2 weeks. I still don’t have them. The customer service was rude and unhelpful. I am hoping to be able to handle sleep problems. The customer interaction here has been a barrier to getting that achieved.
