If I could give them 0 stars I would. Crust with no taste. Too much spice. Hardly any pineapple on the pineapple pizza. The pepperoni pizza looked all dry like it had been sitting there all day. Extra cheese? Is that really cheese at all?
To top it all off I called to complain and I got Eric the assistant who argued with me that it wasn’t too spicy and how I «had a lot to say for someone who never ordered before».
Never never again.

I’ve been getting pizza delivered from either the Encino store or the Tarzana store for past three years I called 11:45 PM ask to get my pizza deliver encino store call me says we can deliver a pizza to address and guess what I live in Encino so the girl tell me to call Tarzana store so I called them ask to get my pizza delivered they told me no we can’t send it to that address and I live in Encino… So I live in Encino I can get a pizza from either Encino store or the Tarzana store. You got to be kidding me right!

I haven’t had the pizza yet. My complaint so far is that the staff does not wear gloves when touching dough, etc. I hope they wash each time. :/

Been getting pizza here for years with very little issue. Always hot, delicious, and can’t beat the 2 for 5.99 deal. The only issue I’ve ever had is one day on Super Bowl a year or two back where they gave us the wrong pizza, but they let us keep that pizza and they delivered us the proper one in the end. Always prompt service and plenty of options of course. It’s what you’d expect, just solid pizza. Go for the BBQ sauce, tomato, and chicken, my personal favorite.

Worst service ever. The manager Sean is very rude. Used to order 3 times a week. I will never go back. Order was always wrong, pizzas burnt, hair in my pizza and being treated poorly by Sean, I will never go back. Tarzana location is my new spot, they are the best!!!

Went to the store on the way home from work. Pizza was ready in ten minutes and damn was it good! I guess they made a new moist, fresh and crispy crust with parmesan, garlic, butter and herbs. Would and definitely order again.

Horrible, horrible, horrible! They completely overcharged us and gave us fewer toppings than we ordered. The X-​tra large looked like a medium anywhere else and the pizza tasted like cardboard. Worst pizza place we have ever ordered from! Actually shockingly bad experience all the way around!

Get a frozen pizza instead of ordering here. It might actually get cooked that way. I ordered online, took 60 minutes and arrived undercooked, cold and soggy. Manager was non responsive. Called multiple times and was promised a call back. Didn’t happen. Made me pay at the door – so much for that 30 minute guarantee gimmick. I would have refused if I didn’t have hungry kids waiting. Don’t let this be you.

This Dominos Pizza in Encino got me out of a pinch. They took my order for 27 pizzas with one topping and had it ready for pick up within one hour. Now that’s fast service without a doubt.

OMG how I wanna say that Natalie and cook must have been drinking on their jobs, when went to pick up my pizza was lop sided and all on the cardboard of the pizza. Good thing I checked. Natalie did not apologize for the lop sided pizza she make she even had the nerve to say I should get over it and it just pizza. It look like some dronk drop in the box. After I told her want about experience I had last time I ordered their. she managed to make this experience worse. Never going back.

Orders it for the first time, not bad at all! But next time I’ll ask for thin crust it’s much too puffy other then that they also make a very reasonably priced gluten free pizza!!! Thanks for that Dominos as my son can’t eat regular pizza and the one we have by our house it 3!!! Times the price :(. Delivery was within 30 minutes which is nice :).

I don’t know if Domino’s (as a chain) has gone down in general with their quality of ingredients, taste, and customer service but this specific location has the worst pizza in town. I keep giving them chances based on location and convenience but I’ve learned that frozen pizza might be a better choice next time.

Ordered online, when it said reday to pick up, went over there. They didn’t even start making it. The guy explained most of the time, online thing (the bar that shows when it’s ready) is not right!
Like another fellow Unilocaler said, the guy was answering ph & then went to make the ‘hand made’ pan pizza :(
Even few months ago they were pretty good, good customer service & good pizza. I didn’t feel welcome & even before eating the pizza I can give them low rating based on their service.
It’s a shame, I’ve to pay $ 1 for crushed pepper & parmesan cheese each :@

It was up to my standards of take out pizza. Dominoes is not necessarily my favorite pizza but sometimes I can be in the «mood» for Dominoes and on this occasion I have no complaints about Encino Dominoes…
