I really like this agency on many levels. I have worked with them professionally and also for my own donation cycle. Kiara was my main point of contact. She was wonderful during the whole process. They communicate well and give you all the information you need. If you still have questions they answer you quickly and really make the whole process a good experience. I never felt lost or uneasy. I look forward to working the Egg Donation INC again in the future.

This is the best team to have in your corner if you are going through IVF to create your family! We were treated with kindness, understanding, compassion and love during our struggle to have a child. They communicated with us, our donor, the doctors and lawyers in such a caring way so that the process of IVF went smoothly and with the least amount of stress and fear. If you have to go through IVF, Kiara, Angela and the whole team at Egg Donation Inc. in Encino, CA, are the team you want and will forever be grateful for when you are holding your baby. We love sending them updates of our precious child!

Everyone on their team is so helpful! I am currently going through my second egg donation cycle with EDI and they make it so easy. I’m never guessing what I need to do next and have never felt like I couldn’t ask a question. Angela, Candice and Kiara are beyond accommodating. If one person is unavailable at the time, they don’t just brush you off. They’ll try to help you if they can.
I feel like they really take care of both parties (parents and donors). Also, I’m extremely pleased with the couples they have matched me with. I don’t know how they did it but both times, it has been a perfect fit.
I love the ladies at EDI. :-) I can’t stress enough how highly they come recommended.

My experience with the team at Egg Donation Inc can only be described as incredible and amazing! I arrived at Egg Donation Inc after two failed cycles of IVF abroad and a system that treated me as a business transaction with very limited communication. From the first interaction with Andy, Candice and Angela, it was clear to me that the work that they do with and for prospective parents is a mission rather than an occupation. Candice and Angela both explained to me the process with Egg Donation Inc and did way above and beyond what I expected. What I loved about them is how sensitive and compassionate they were towards me and how gracefully they treated my egg donor. They made sure that my legal right are protected and maintained constant and frequent communication with me. More than that, when I requested to explore the possibility of meeting my egg donor, Angela was truly incredible in facilitating the process. When I met my egg donor she told me that no other agency in her previous cycles have ever treated her with more respect and dignity throughout the process. Candice went above and beyond to assist me in utilizing a loan for part of the process and although this was not a route used at Egg Donation Inc she did not shy away from it and did all she could to assist in executing it. After my successful cycle was completed, I came to visit both Angela and Candice and shared with them my experience with my egg donor. I will never forget what Angela told me when I shared with her my own disappointment of not coming to them earlier. She said to me that I have to believe that things unfolded in this way so you can meet us and your egg donor and that you will have this great experience to share with your future children… This restored my faith in the future family I will have someday. I can never thank Andy, Candice and Angela enough for their time, dedication, sensitivity towards me and my egg donor, their flexibility, the ability to guide and reassure that things will be more than okay and to protect everyone’s spirit along the way. It requires a great set of emotional intelligence skills and more than that a great level of patience and character that cannot be described in words! Thank you, all!
