I needed a loan for a condo I wanted to purchase, and I’m glad I found Tomer.
Tomer is honest, has an incredible knowledge about the loan business and he thoroughly thinks outside the box, which in my case it was what got me the loan.
I can not ask from a loan officer more than what I had got from Tomer, and I would recommend him to my family and friends and hope to do more business with him in the future.

My wife and I used Tomer and his team at Elite Equity for our first home purchase and mortgage. I’m a financial advisor, so it was really important to me to have someone that was knowledgeable about the purchase and the financing of our new home. I was tired of explaining financing strategies and negotiations to other agents. Tomer and his team really impressed me with their knowledge and execution.
What truly sets them apart though is their ability to handle everything under one roof. I didn’t want to have a separate team working on my mortgage. In this market, you need to have someone that can oversee the entire deal and make sure all the various parties (escrow, bank, appraiser, inspector, etc.) are working together and are on schedule. He kept everyone in line and made sure everything got processed on time, if not early.
Tomer and his team are professional, experienced and ethical. They return phone calls and are on top of the whole process. He was available to answer our questions and take care of issues that came up right away! Unlike other agents that don’t check their email for a whole week, Tomer and his entire team were very responsive to our needs –no matter what time of the day or day of the week. We felt like we were his only clients. The attention to detail was also very impressive.
He’s honest and will give you the facts. I hated mortgage brokers that would tease with different rates only to find out the reality was something completely different. This wasn’t the case with Elite Equity. They set our expectations early on and delivered on their promise.
