This store is operated by out of touch with reality weirdos. Charge for dropping off a labeled ups package they must be leaving under the rock. Sour faced old mean spirited geezers.

Charging two dollars «service fee» to drop of a package that already has the label on it.
When I asked what are they charging this service fee for, the rude employee responded «for lights and space, UPS doesn’t pay us for this».
I left this place, and dropped it off at the next block for free.

I walked in and the man was eating and seemed bothered that he had to get up. I was dropping off already labeled «ready-to-go» packages (which I do a few times per week.) This was my first time at this location. I have an account with UPS. They wanted to charge me $ 3 per package as a handling fee. Needless to say, I walked out. I have NEVER had this happen at ANY location that takes UPS.

I agree wholeheartedly with other reviewers who claim they were treated rudely. My first visit, I had a Fed Ex drop off. The guy behind the counter said, too late, it will go out tomorrow. I saw the Fed Ex driver standing at the end of the hallway, when I said, she’s standing right there, he waived her out the door and said, too late.
My next visit was to drop off a prepaid UPS ground. He grabbed and said,” two dollars.” I told him it already had a label. «We charge two dollars.» I said thanks, and I would take it somewhere else to which he replied «good.»

BEWARE: They OVERCHARGE — much higher than a UPS Store. And they are very rude. They charged me $ 26.00 to send a 4 lb. package by UPS. When I questioned this amount, I was told by the owner that that the «UPS Software» set the price and it was «what UPS charged» which was «very comparable to the Post Office». I researched it that night and found out it would have cost me $ 17.00 at the UPS Store or $ 14.00 at the Post Office. When I returned the next day to POLITELY question him about the MORE THAN 50% MARK UP, I was rudely yelled at by the owner and told never to come into his store again! WOW! I am a very polite middle aged woman. I have never been so overcharged or treated so rudely.

This is an excellent place to use for postal and business shipping. I recently needed to send family heirlooms back to the East coast. They arrived beautifully wrapped-each piece was individually attended to. Super professional and careful, competent staff. Highly recommend.
