Encore is unlike any escrow company I have used before! They are very professional. Everything is made easy for me and my clients.

Absolutely the worst escrow company ever.
The staff is uneducated in closing they can not multi task they don’t employ a Notary so you have to pay $ 200.00 extra for a notary. The team is horrible. They make so many mistakes and if you don’t catch it early your whole deal can be thrown off and take much longer than you’d expect.
Expect delays, expect mistakes, expect to never close on time and expect a total nightmare!
Run away from them.
No deal is worth closing with Encore Escrow.
They suck!
