Glow Med Spa

Wow! Where do I begin? Glow Med Spa, formerly Sylvies Med Spa, is tucked away in the Encino Plaza and is a such a hidden gem! Not many people know this but Sylvies (Now Glow) has been in business since the 80’s and their product line has never ceased to amaze me. iS Clinical is one of the best product lines I’ve found (and trust me Ive tried everything!) and their estheticians are not only knowledgeable of the science behind their products and services but you can tell they truly care about your skincare needs and goals. 5 stars is an understatement.

Emma has been my esthetician for about 17 years! I started seeing her as a preteen with severe acne. My skin concerns were much different then than they are now. She always knows how to treat my skin whether it’s acne, dryness, or now Anti aging and maintenance. I highly recommend her for any/​all skin types. I have sent friends and family to her and she always leaves them with beautiful skin.

It is my pleasure to write a review for Emma and Glow Med Spa, formerly Sylvies Med Spa. I have been a client for nearly 20 years and have been very fortunate to have seen Emma for most of these years. Emma is outstanding! The treatments are «tailor-​made» for each client and mine vary from month to month, depending on my skin’s needs. It is amazing how Emma’s gentle hands first work to deep cleanse my skin and pores. Then, after determining which treatment best fits my needs, she follows with a natural, clinical and specially designed treatment for me! At this time Emma is using a new product and the difference in the lines I have earned through-​out life’s experiences are actually softening and diminishing! I have given gift certificates for a facial with Emma and my friends have now become her clients. For birthdays and holidays for close family members, I give gift certificates for three treatments. My younger nieces, after going to Emma, refuse to see anyone else because of her gentle manner of deep cleaning their skin. Although I leave with my hair a mess, my skin continues to glow. I owe it all to Emma!

I have been going to Emma for facials for 9 years now and she is amazing! My skin has continued to be ageless at 43 and I love every minute of her treatments. The location is convenient with easy parking and the staff is great. You need to go!
