This wasn’t my first time and it definitely won’t be the last. I went back because they have so many different styles and so many options to choose from. Peter was incredibly helpful and patient while I tried on what seemed like a hundred different frames. Finally choose the ones I wanted and I am a happy camper. Invision is my go to place for glasses!

I was in search of some unique eyeglasses that I found while watching the TV show, Breaking Bad. They are called Republica Montréal and Walter from the show wore it a couple of times near the end of the series. When I saw them, I knew I had to have them.
I searched every website for them but no one seemed to have them in stock. They were sold out.
I decided to call Invision up because their location was right next to my house. I wanted to see if they could possibly order it from the manufacturer. When I called, I spoke to Peter who came off as really down to earth. I talked to him for about 2 mins and I got the feeling I’ve known this guy for years.
I stopped by the store that day and he told me he could order the pair. He also showed me a lot of cool frames that were similar in style. Peter is EXTREMELY knowledgable about the frames, how they fit your face, etc. I stopped by some other eyeglass stores but no one was able to clearly explain why one frame looked better on my face than another– as Peter did. He was also really nice, patient, and easy to talk to.
The prices of the frames were very competitive and the customer service I received was well worth the drive to this store.
I will definitely be going back to Invision for all eyeglass needs as well as regular eye examinations.

I was out shopping for new glasses and stopped in at Invision. My impression is that if you have plenty of money and don’t care how much you get gouged, you can find beautiful, different and expensive frames here. But if you can’t afford to get ripped off, move on! I had an impossible time trying to get the owner to tell me how much my frame choice and lenses would cost. He kept hemming and hawing, and trying to change the subject. I kept trying to pin him down and get him to write it down for me. I finally said, «okay, never mind!» and walked out the door. So, I guess if you have to ask how much, this isn’t the place to go.

I just walked into this place after a recommendation from a family member. I was treated very well, was shown plenty of frames, explained all of my options with regard to lenses, colors, etc… I left with a lovely pair of sunglasses with really stylish and classy top of the line Italian frames and really good quality lenses too. I did also look in the department stores, but I could never find the type of frame I am looking for with the type of lenses I like. Anyhow, at Invision I was explained my options and was able to choose just the right combination of fames and lenses to my liking, and left with some great fitting sunglasses which came out less expensive and much nicer that the brand options I was shown at the department stores!

Patience only matched by Expertise!!!
After an odyssey at Lens Crafters my wife and I visited one pretentious store after another. Some stores had a very limited selection. Others boasted a staff that was too important to be bothered.
Finally, we stumbled into Invision. There we found a selection of product that was both interesting as well as diverse. While their prices are competitive with anyone, the personalized, experienced service was unmatched anywhere. (And we visited A LOT of stores). Peter, the proprietor, spent as much time as necessary helping my wife find the perfect frame, and lenses. Not once did he ever exhibit the slightest hint of impatience or frustration. (Even if warranted). When ready, he fitted my wife with her new frames, attentive to even the most subtle imperfection.
Whatever your budget might be, I strongly encourage you to visit Invision before buying elsewhere. I know my wife will never buy another pair of glasses again without seeing Peter first.

This is a gem hidden in plain sight. All the other places you see a zillion reviews for have nothing on the doctor’s expertise or taste in eyewear. GO here. Consider how important your vision is, and how much of a statement your glasses make. Letting the amazing quality of Invision’s service overwhelm you is an exceptional experience you truly owe to your eyes.

I don’t have vision insurance and was having a hard time finding a reasonable price for an eye exam outside of having to go to LensCrafters (which I would NEVER recommend to anyone, but that’s a whole different review). I called around and kept getting quotes upwards of $ 150 and hard sells for packages that included lenses and frames, which I didn’t want. I just wanted an updated prescription so that I could shop around for glasses.
Invision was an absolute dream. From the initial phone call, I trusted that I would be taken care of and given a reasonable price – and I was right. The service was fast… and friendly doesn’t even begin to describe them. They were helpful, understanding of my financial constraints, and KNOWLEDGEABLE. I paid $ 89 for a complete eye exam and consultation with the doctor and I was under no pressure whatsoever to purchase lenses and frames.
I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was and I would absolutely recommend Invision Optometric Center to EVERYONE!
