Love this place so much! Sandy is the best host I’ve ever came across. She’s always accommodating and makes sure we have the best service every time we go there. If you want great food and amazing hookah, this is the place for you.

One of the few places in the area where the food is actually as good as their hookah! You wont be getting any frozen bar food here. Everything on the menu is delicious(believe me, I’ve tried almost all of it!). Get the mimo’s burger and you won’t regret it! And when you’re smoking, upgrade to a pineapple head and enjoy a hookah that will last hours!

You guys are so great. The service is good, the DJ, the Hooka and the outdoor environment. I see improvements every time I go visit this place. I invited my friends to visit this place after they used to go other Cafes like O Café. The couches are clean, the floor, tables and the RR. All in all, it’s such a good place and owners are so friendly with their clients I recommend it. Good job guys and keep going.

Last night we visited L’ambiance for the first time. We were a larger group and went for the preset menu and entertainment. We arrived at around 9:30 and the place had a nice soothing ambiance, if you will. We were a large group with my parents, uncle, younger cousins and my two kids and partner. The place was perfect for a family celebration. Immediately we were greeted by Sandy. In fact, she recognized I was carrying a cake and said she would take it to the back for me. She directed me to our table and said that I could leave our stroller in an easily accessible section for convenience. We then sat down and shortly thereafter, a server, I wish I got his name, started bringing out typical Levantine appetizers called«mezzas». These included: hummus, mtabal(eggplant), fries, fatoush salad, tabbouleh salad, mozzarella sticks, falafel, kubbeh, labaneh, cheese, olives, and Arabic bread. The gentleman then asked us when we would like the main course, and we asked for it to be at the table in 30 minutes and sure enough he delivered. The main dish was a bed of rice topped with marinated and grilled filet mignon and chicken kabob. All were cooked quite nicely and flavorful. The food portions were extremely generous. As a group of 10 and 2 kids, we had a lot of food and it was all very delicious. At some point during our dinner, the DJ set up and began spinning. Now, this is one of the areas that contributed to 4 stars and not 5. I’m not sure if it’s a craft thing or what, but he used this sound that was like a bomb siren to signify the beginning of a song. Very off putting. He basically used it all night. He could also update his Arabic music selection. After he was set up, the belly dancer, whose name I wish I remembered, came in. She performed different sets and was very good. She tried to engage the room as best she could, and I’m sure it’s not easy to dance to a room full of people immersed in their hookahs and selfies. Props to her! She came over to our table danced with my sister and I and even pulled us to the dance floor which was really fun and nice. She was great. Even after she finished and dressed in her civilian clothing, if you will, she danced with us and especially my little monster who was tearing up the dance floor. Okay, now to my personal favorite. At around midnight, we heard the music change to an Arabic inspired version of Happy Birthday and Sandy along with my cousin brought out two well-light birthday cakes for my sister and I. I think this part was my daughters’ favorite. It was fun. We sang happy birthday, had cake and left. I have to give a special shout out to Sandy the manager. She was on her A-game. Very kind, courteous, understands customer service and made sure we had a wonderful evening. She checked on us throughout the evening. Refilled our drinks. Made sure we were happy. Honestly it’s rare to see a woman running such an establishment and she did an amazing job. Because of her, we will be visiting again. Overall, we had an amazing time. Restrooms were also clean, which is extremely important.

Don’t let the pics posted here fool you. I finally paid this place a visit and I must say, it WILLBEMYLAST. I ordered a small dish, it arrived an hour later. My «Hot» sandwich came out warm/cold and my friends burger was horrible as well. My question was, «how could my meal be cold if my meat was burnt?» I was super tired so I didn’t complain. This is a cool spot if your a teenager and don’t care for quality food and customer service, but not for adults if you ask me. The only thing that was good were the fries, and that’s why they got 1 star, because of the fries. They didn’t even provide us with utensils to eat our meal. And the place wasn’t even busy, so there is NO excuse for this type of service. Maybe if the owners weren’t busy smoking hookah and wasting their time with nonsense, they would be able to run a healthier business.

I have eaten here before … better service and hookah in the past. Between the two experiences i have averaged out the ranking to half way. We had to ask for things a few times … it was a late night dine, but if you are going to stay open late, shouldnt you maintain your level of service and food quality with your posted hours of operations? Especially when you have so many other hookah bars within a small distance that are open late. The owner is a nice person and it is family run, but there are very few exceptions that i give a place another try after the level of service i received last night. When the mood is right and i want that MiMo burger, i will be back … i hope everything is running as smoothly as i expected it from the first time.

This place isnt the best hookah lounge/restaurant & it isnt the worst. Their hookahs are not bad, they dont give much clouds. The food is okay, nothing extraordinary. We sometimes come on the weekends, its a hit or miss. Some weekends its really busy and some weekends its just like 10 people sitting around. I give this place 3 stars because its a little expensive for what the place actually is.

Service is disgusting. You have been warned. I was sitting in evening traffic from Beverly Hills and thought I’d save time by calling up and ordering. I was 25 minutes away so thought it would be timed perfectly. Called up and asked to order the 3 kebab skewer dish with the 3 types of meat. He confirmed and said it would be 15 minutes. I thought it would be perfect timing with me getting in. I got to the restaurant and informed him I was picking up a phone order to which he replied, «it’ll be 10 minutes»… I told him it was supposed to be 15 minutes, 25 minutes ago. He told me that he didn’t understand me, and didn’t process the phone order because of that. I asked him why the hell he didn’t say anything on the phone at the time, and all he had was a dumb look on his face, and kept repeating that he didn’t understand me. He had an American accent. I grilled him as to why he didn’t say anything to me on the phone about me not being easy to comprehend before confirming my order and telling me when it would be ready, but alas, nothing… You would think he would say on the phone at the time, «sorry, I don’t understand you, can you please repeat?» Before allowing me to drive over anticipating a meal to be waiting for me. Ironically, and important to note, I am British. I come from the birthplace of the English language, so being criticised by another English speaking person, as though I’m some sort of alien speaking another language, is hilarious, but also unfortunately disgusting for their customer service. Maybe he needs to do some research into history and geology to expand his pathetic little brain.(He was sporting one of those ridiculous top knots, so maybe it was too tight, thus reducing blood flow to the brain.) He had the nerve to ask me if I was still going to order, at which point I walked off. Being fairly new to the area, I had visited this place a couple of times already, and enjoyed the somewhat pricey food. Nevertheless, I enjoyed the meat dishes and had been recommending it to a lot of my friends who are bodybuilding. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment, and will tell others to do the same in order to avoid ignorant, and low standards of customer service.

I should’ve listened to my friends who told me to stay away from this place due to their service. My friend and I got here around 12 to do some studying. Mind you it was completely empty. The manager restricted us from sitting where we wanted and told us to sit at the outskirts… The only table without a cloth. I asked the manager to turn on the heater. The manager goes«We can only turn it on after 6». I sat for 5 minutes freezing and ask him again. He refuses again. I asked him how he’s fine to leave his guests cold. He responds and says that he isn’t cold so we should be fine. I got up and told him that this isn’t how you treat your guests. I packed my things and asked for his name. He goes«I don’t have a name». I WILLNEVERCOMEHEREAGAIN. UnilocalERSBEWARNEDOFTHISAWFULPLACE.

I was very happy to know they were open late. I ordered two chicken plates to go with two sides of garlic paste sauce and the total was $ 40 plus tip! I wasn’t expecting to pay this kind of money but thought it must be really good if it was so expensive. I was very disappointed when I opened my to-go container and saw 4 small pieces of chicken cubes. For the amount of money paid I was expecting to see tons of chicken. Ro Ro’s chicken has the same plate for $ 10 and they give you two huge chicken breasts! Perhaps the cook was lazy and didn’t want to give more than 4 pieces of small cubes of chicken– who knows, but I know this… I will not be back there anytime soon. First impression wasn’t the best.

With the guys all wanting to drink and smoke, we have found a GODSEND place to meet our two requirements. So we settled and found this place which is our new place. You can get away from the other bars and hookah lounges and give this place a try. Yes, they have liquor and wine AND beer. –WHATSHOULD I ORDER– 1) Beer. The beer here is $ 10, but that gets you literally a QUART of beer. Not too shabby if you ask me. 2) The hookah here is THE best hookah I have smoked in a business. This is coming from someone that had their own hookah bar and NO I am not being paid to write this review. 3) See 1) and 2) –HOWISTHESERVICE– As per usual, Friday and Saturday gets pretty packed. There is a live DJ and belly dancing on Friday/Saturday. –WHATISTHEPRICE– Expect each person to pay about $ 20-$ 25 at the end of the bill. Source: Came here after needing a place that does both alcohol and hookah.

This place is a HOTMESS. Despite being there on a Sunday night with barely anyone else there, the service was so slow. The food was just mediocre. The furniture looks like some cheap-ass banquet hall furniture and it’s all awkwardly spaced out and weird and ugly. They have couches that are all uncomfortable and busted and ripped fake leather. I’m 100% certain that the people who wrote good reviews were young kids who were drunk and don’t know what a nice restaurant/lounge is. The hookah was decent although they didn’t keep the coals up much. The servers were friendly, I’ll give them that.

After my girlfriend’s doctor visit we grabbed lunch at this place right next door before heading back home. This place is nice and the service was pretty good. The lunch specials are priced reasonably and the quality of food is on point! We both ordered the Kafta sandwich, her dad ordered the chicken kabob plate and her mom ordered the Z burger. The sandwiches were delicious especially with this sauce they provide in a bottle. I even put that sauce on my fries because it was so good. Her mom really enjoyed her burger and her dad killed his plate! The chicken kabob plate actually looked the best out of all of ours and I’ll definitelybe getting that next time we go. The restaurant is nice and bright on the inside. The ceiling is high and there are huge windows all around. They have flat screen tv’s everywhere(even on the patio) and I guess they are trying to promote watching the World Cup there at the restaurant and it’s actually a great place to watch with friends if your not working. Overall I give this place 5 stars because the price is right, the place is nice and clean, the food is really good. I would love to come back at night because I heard the live entertainment is pretty good as well. OOOOO 5 out of 5 Stars
