I was super nervous about getting my hair done (I’ve never done anything to it besides a cut or some trims but I’ve always wanted to color it.) I always second guessed myself and chickened out, but I finally said hey why not do something to my hair for real this time? Well yesterday and I couldn’t be more happy and thrilled! :)
Richee was so sweet. She was very attentive, told me about the products that she was using. Everything step by step. (My hair was virgin lol) Richee was talking to me and taking her time. And that’s one thing I loved that we were communicating and it wasn’t like those awkward moments of sitting in silence, she also was not rushing whatsoever so that was a plus! Time flew by! And in the end I was so happy with what I got! My hair is naturally really curly so I’m glad we kept its length and it’s not dead as I always thought happens when you put any type of product in your hair. Definitely will be going back baby steps though.

For as long as I could remember my sister in law, Angela (Stylist-​Plane Jane Salon in Bethesda, MD) was the only person who would do my hair. Since I’ve moved to the west coast, Richee has been my go to girl for coloring. Although I haven’t gotten the courage to go any other shade besides black, I must say I’ve had the chance to see Richee work her magic on multiple clients. It’s always amazing to see the end results! I admire her craft and positive energy!

It’s very hard to find somone that can understand and do my hair exactly how i picture it. Richee never fails to surprise me. Not only does she do an amazing job, she also makes you feel very comfortable and at home. Never left the salon disappointed and my hair feels even healthier each time.
