Great food. Love their smoothies. Healthy and tasty! My favorite is the green goodness — spinach and parsley for some healthy green power, and ginger, apple juice, strawberry to round out the flavor. The place is not cheap, but you definitely get what you pay for!

Quality and selection is great. Prices are high though, definitely paying for the Ventura Blvd address. Not really a place to eat at as seating is very limited but a nice lunch spot to pick up food from. Lines can be long and might wanna place the order early. The wraps and salads are great

What an amazing place for lunch. Everything on the menu is so healthy and delicious. I used to work in the area so I would order from here a lot. Wish they were open on the weekends.

The turkey blue sandwich on multi grain bread with the jalapeño chowder on Wednesdays is superb. They have great soups and a fantastic Ginger tea. The owner Arash is always there to meet and greet and make sure everything is running smoothly. wish he could replicate in Tarzana.

Healthy and delicious food! I am so happy to have found Nuts and Berry as my regular go-to lunch option. I love how extensive the menu is and how healthy the choices are. I love the egg burritos and salmon bagel there. I found that the café is pretty food at personalizing your order as they have not made any mistake for any food ingredients I told them to leave out. The prices for sandwiches and breakfast are reasonable but the drinks are too pricey. The service is fast and the staff is friendly. I recommend calling ahead to place your order to avoid long wait.

Chinese chicken salad has a weird taste, from the chicken to the dressing. My husbands turkey sandwich had a weird spread. We both were not digging.

I am a gluten-free vegan and appreciate the options available at Nuts ‘n Berries Café. GLUTEN-FREEMENU: This restaurant does not feature gluten-free designations on its menu. I have not inquired for a separate gluten-free menu, and am unsure of its availability. VEGANMENU: This restaurant does not feature vegan designations on its menu, although the veg options are fairly obvious. I have not inquired for a separate vegan menu, and am unsure of its availability. Although I do not eat tofu, note that tofu and quinoa may be added to any dishes. I believe tofu served here is organic. SMOOTHIESANDJUICES: Note there are a variety of smoothies and juices here, which I have not yet trued. LUNCH: I was so obsessed with the Ah-raw-sh salad(hold the onions/extra avo) that I couldn’t stop eating it for a period of months. As a result, I am currently burned out, and there isn’t much else on the menu drawing me back. Assuming the Forget Me Not salad dressing is gf/v, I may try that next time I’m feeling adventurous. DESSERT: The gluten-free vegan peanut butter chocolate chip cookie is one of the most amazing cookies I have ever eaten. This cookie alone achieves a whopping 5⁄5 stars. PARKING: Parking here can be difficult, especially during the lunch craze. Be prepared to park at a meter across the street. SEATING: This is a cute little to-go place, meant for working professionals. Seating here is limited. HOURS: Note this place accommodates the working crowd and is closed on weekends. ROOMFORIMPROVEMENT: I would like to see more fun and filling soy-free vegan options.

This is literally across the street from where I work and I am very glad for that. It has a lot of healthy but delicious choices. The ingredients are very fresh which is a huge plus for me. I like how they provide more health-friendly sides like Edemami and fresh fruit. My absolute favorite is Chicken Ta Ta and specially its Sumac aioli. The drinks are a bit pricey therefore I have not tried a lot of them but I liked a few items I tried so far: Ginger Lemonade Fresh Brewed Coffee Mocha Blended Coffee Banana Mocha(highly recommended) Sweet Tart I saw the owner in several of my visits just walking by the tables and talking to the customers personally and makes sure they’ve got what they want. You can tell he puts a lot of energy in his business.

This is located on Ventura Boulevard which automatically suggests that parking will not be easy. Thankfully I work in the area so walking over here is a breeze. It may be pricey, but the food here is so fresh, delicious, and healthier than the other nearby restaurants. So, the Tuna Avocado is simply amazing! I’ve been here many times and each time I’ve only ordered the tuna avocado sandwich on multi-grain because it’s that good! Their other menu options look really good as well and maybe someday I’ll give them a try in case they run out of tuna or something. I also recommend their Ginger Lemonade, one of the best lemonades I’ve ever tried! Can’t wait to try their other wonderful options. Definitely recommend this place!

Few people complain about the price the other complaints are about the small space both in/outdoor. My absolute favorite salad here is the Santa Fe a blast of flavors, red bell pepper, corn, avocado, and the greens with the cilantro dressing. This flavor infused salad is accompanied by about 5 blue corn tortilla chips. the arash is good too but they never put enough strawberry bummer. And the lemon dressing is awesome! I don’t know about parking I usually walk or get delivery. As far as desserts go I have an organic practically guilt free chocolate chip peanut butter cookie from here occasionally. Great and friendly staff. Really small spot if you plan on eating there I recommend sitting outside in the patio are and a party no larger than 2. They deliver too. Most times they only update the menu because of increase in pricing. They get really busy so it takes time to get your food & they’ve messed up a couple of mine and my coworkers orders on occasions but the food is great! So we continue to order.

I’ve tried many of their selections from their menu and I have never been disappointed. Very healthy choices and of course they are delicious! My favorites are cilantro king, tuna avocado, and jalapeño chowder. It’s definitely the best place for a healthy lunch around Ventura. Highly recommended!

This place rocks! Super healthy and have veg. And vegan options! I’m hooked! Customer service is outstanding, and the owner is super nice! My favorites: cinnamon girl smoothie, OMG, so delish! The tuna sandwich is bomb, and the mango is to die for! The fountain of youth juice is yummy, and I absolutely love their tea Quila wellness tea, is so good especially on a cold day or if you’re feeling under the weather. I love nuts and berries!!!

Going to make this short… Was on a lunch break and decided to try this place out. First issue was the fact that after 40 minutes, I went to check on our order and the gentleman was confused. He came back saying they were backed up. I told him that our lunch break was almost over and he said he would have our food out in 2 minutes. After 5 more minutes, we received our order and were completely disappointed in the way our sandwiched were put together… Everything was in the center, basically the ends were touching and the center had all the contents causing the bread to split. This made the sandwich difficult to eat, as well as keep together. Also, when you read the ingredients for each item, you get excited to eat, but when you see what they do with those ingredients, you feel like a child slapped something together for you. No consideration of your time No care for presence No desire to provide a good experience I would not visit here a second time.

LEGIT!!! My co-worker and I have been trying all the lunch spots around here to find some go-to places and this. will. be. one! We both felt terrible and weak so started with the Booster Shot, which is actually 2−3x bigger than you would expect a shot to be, but from the first gulp, we were both immediately like… OMG I FEELBETTERALREADY! After the whole thing, it’s a whole new world! We both got the Fiesta Burritos, but Mike got his with the gluten-free wrap. LEGIT. I stopped at Fresh & Easy to grab some Tapatio and sour cream to go with it, because that’s how I roll! Mike said the gluten-free wrap was decent. Since they don’t make gluten-free wraps big enough for a burrito, rather than giving him«tacos»(like a lot of places do), they simply double up the wrap to go around the fillings. It’s a little bit more awkward/messy to eat, but he enjoyed it more than he would have if they had been converted to tacos. Can’t wait to try everything else! There were a lot of delivery orders going out and quite a few walk-in customers — everything looked awesome. WILLBEBACK!

Wish i knew about this lil place back when I lived up in the valley… oh well too late for me :(It’s located in this businessy building and isn’t open on Saturdays so it’s somewhat awkward to come by unless you happen to work there but I still happen to like it and there’s usually a metered parking spot available in front. I’d def stop by for a quickie pick up when I’m in the area. Great organic juice options on the menu but you can also choose to customize your own if you don’t think their creations are innovative enough: P

This is my health jam! I get one thing and one thing only and that is the Quinoa Mediterranean Salad. Quinoa. Cucumber. Roasted red peppers. Feta. Chicken. Almonds. Parsley. Black Olive. It’s refreshing. Cool. Flavorful. And most importantly, it’s actually healthy. I get it at work for lunch once a week and I am always excited to hang with it again. It’s awesome in hot weather and makes me feel like it’s ok to have tacos for dinner. Thanks, nuts ‘n berries for doing your part to balance out my diet.

Walked into Nuts ‘n Berries on a weekend morning… it was quite impossible to describe this place in a few words. First I heard rhythmic and exotic techno music in the air which indicated«night club with Euro/Middle-East flair» instead of «breakfast.» Then, I noticed that it was a tiny place(500 sq. ft.?) with modern interior – half of it was actually the kitchen(neatly packed behind the wooden walls that cut through the room diagonally), and the other half consisted of 11 to 12 seats along the walls and windows. Wall paint reminded me of «Jamba Juice green.» A beautiful pot of Orchid on the counter hinted«something Asian.» The wait staffs were in black drivers caps, orange woven shirts, black vests, black handkerchieves around their necks, and aviation type of pins on their left chest. «Halloween» was the first thing came to my mind, followed by «Private jet club.» There were about 15 categories of items on the menu– quite extensive for a small place like this. These categories included different types of coffee, juices, teas, smoothies, sandwiches, power meals, egg dishes, kids meals, salads, soups… etc, etc. When reading through the menu, various items indicated various cultures– Moroccan, Greek, Italian, Mexican, Californian, and Asian. It took me a while to make up my mind. I had the white chocolate raspberry latte($ 4.95 for med cup) — it was sweet and delicious. A bit expensive. For breakfast, I had the Fiesta omelette($ 10.50) — sausage, tomato, onion, cilantro, avocado on top… This was healthy and fine, but slightly too light-tasted considering it was supposed to be «Mexican» with a kick of salsa or salt. Food was decent, ambiance was… well… Fusion? Confusion?
