The building is very nice, and the place is good to, but the manager is the worst person I have ever met in my life. She think that she is still a prison security and the tenants are prisoners. Never rent this place as long as trish is still the manager.

As long as Trish Williams is the manager, stay away from this place! No matter how long you stay, you have to wash the carpet, paint all the spots and return the apartment in the EXACT same condition as you moved in. Honestly, I did it but she still deducted money from my security deposit for janitorial purposes.
I have been living in Los Angeles for quite a few years and this has been my 4th apartment. But I haven’t had such a terrible experience with any managers before. Trust me she has problems!
