Park Encino Apartments

I’ve lived happily at Park Encino for the past year. The complex is well kept with quiet residents. Our balcony overlooks the courtyard with running waterfall. The pool is heated and awesome in the summer and not too many people use it. There is a community BBQ, clubhouse, and laundry facilities. (A strange thing about the laundry: 10 washers that run for 30 minutes and only 8 driers that run for 45 minutes? Can’t figure that one out) Also about once or twice a month they turn off the water for 2 hours. That can be a pain sometimes. Designated parking is tandem. Guests have to scout street parking that can get filled up quickly and people always double park on Newcastle.
Overall it’s probably one of the best apartment complexes on the street!
