I’ve been seeing Paul for two and a half months now. I originally went to him to see if we could clear my addiction to sugar and compulsion to over-​eat. Paul is so kind, so gentle, and SO intuitive. I always feel so much clearer and more peaceful after I work with him. There is a lot behind this eating thing and we’ve been getting to it all slowly (there really is a lot!). He’s helped me work through big things like leaving a job I wasn’t happy in to figuring out how to be more authentically myself in my relationship. What I can report about my food addiction/​compulsion is that I feel so much less attachment to food. I don’t feel the same judgement I did toward my eating habits and with the occasional exception I don’t feel drawn to eat in order to stuff my emotions or ease anxiety. But when I do eat something sugary or something that isn’t necessarily super healthy, I’m not judging myself for it. Which is a huge improvement. More updates to come if I see more/​long-​lasting changes!

Eureka – I have found a great energy healer! When I went to see Paul, I felt cut off from my Authentic Self and was painfully tight in my back and shoulder muscles. After just one session with Paul, my body and mind feel lighter and looser, especially a worrisome knot I experienced in my heart for a long time. Paul has a quiet, kind, beautiful way of working that goes deep in a gentle, wise, intuitive, safe way. He explained what he would do beforehand, he has created a beautiful soothing environment, and he held the space to put me at ease so my body and energy were at their most receptive to healing – highly unusual for me.
After the session, I jumped into a busy, intense work week with no time or space to explore the insightful issues he raised, yet I was clearly and calmly focused in a new way and gracefully moved through all I had to do. I also feel longstanding patterns of rejection and feeling wrong he worked with directly just dissolved, and I am thrilled with feeling a new capacity to connect with others. My meditation practice has also expanded and I feel a deeper spiritual connection too and am inspired to take action on the post-​session summary notes Paul sent me – what a gift those are to have after the work. An invaluable experience!

Paul is extremely gifted as a healer and coach. His approach is gentle yet impactful. Every time I feel stuck in my creativity to paint, I would seek Paul’s assistance. Usually after his healing, I would be able to immediately tap into my creativity and paint something that I didn’t even know I could paint. He really helps me unblock stuck energy within myself. Paul has this unique ability to see his client’s magnificence and reflect it back to her. By working with him, I achieved a greater sense of wholeness. Paul allows this magnificence and wholeness by creating a space of such kindness and compassion for whatever I experienced. When I had emotional upset he gently pointed me in a direction that allowed for the graceful release of misconceptions I held about my future, the masculine and feminine, and the art of doing verses being. I also experienced the release of certain physical symptoms in my head, jaw, and throat that allowed for authentic self-​expression. My experience of Paul’s energy healing practice and coaching skills were extremely loving, supportive, and compassionate. The energy he created in each session allowed me a safe space in which to be completely vulnerable and face what I needed to with ease. Paul provided me an energy and environment in which to process issues that I have wrestled with for a lifetime. I was able to shed and heal guilt, fear, unworthiness, and suffering that was reeking havoc in my daily life and holding me back from living a joyful existence. I am still processing the work we did together, but I can say each day I wake up feeling more and more confidant.
