He’s on Facebook. Type in Socal stance shop and it’ll come up. He sells Airlift kits (they’ve been around the longest, and more Semi’s out there on the road use Airlift than anything else). His customer service is absolutely phenomenal… I haven’t even given him money yet and he’s been amply ready to support me and my questions at the drop of a hat… I’ve never waited more than 12 hours for a response. Most of the time, he gets back to me within five to ten min after I send him a text or email. He has absolutely earned my business. Brandon has even gotten back to me on the weekend.
He also supports his clients with top notch service. If you read around a bit, you’ll come across some of his clients who speak very highly of him; people who have had some issues, like a bag popping or wearing prematurely. He has dropped everything to overnight them the replacement parts. They then send the dysfunctional part to him, and he deals with the Airlift warranty himself, leaving the client free to install the new part and be on their way. He can do this because he keeps everything in stock… there’s very little to no drop shipping with him, so you won’t have to wait long before you get to lay your hands on the kit.
He’s knowledgeable about air bag systems.
