I wish there were a way to give no stars for this company. I spent $ 1000’s with them to clean and secure my attic from a rat problem and while it appeared to be fine for a few months, when I called them back within a year after hearing activity, two very unprofessional men showed up, went into my attic for all of 2 minutes and proceed to tell me that I was hearing things, that it must have been animals walking on the roof, and that they saw nothing to indicate any rats had been in my attic. So unethical!!! I now have another company fixing the problems they did not fix and redoing what they patched with FOAM, which was instantly chewed by the rats. Pictures of the area show very visible holes where they are getting in and clearly a ton of rat poop, a tripped trap, etc. I was completely taken advantage of. Do not trust this company!!!
