This place is the best Supercuts I’ve been to. The team there is super talented and very friendly (unlike some other Supercuts in the valley) I usually see Rosie and she is AWESOME! She always does a great job and has no problem trimming my hair or my beard, eyebrows, etc… some places don’t do that and I find it extremely annoying sice they’re supposed to be a «full service salon». Anyway, definitely go here if you’re thinking about it, and see Rosie if you can, but all the ladies are great!

Rosie is fantastic! She really listens to you when you ask for a trim and will even discuss what suits your face before she does the cutting. Martha is great as well! Both are incredibly friendly and make you feel at home. The shop has a great atmosphere. Recommend them both!

I had a great experience with Crystal. I asked for a trim. No shampoo. No drying/​styling. I was in a hurry and just needed the dead ends off. Actually came here on my work break, so I was very nervous about the time.
She did exactly what I wanted. Just dead ends off. She trimmed very little all around — just like I asked.
She was polite and quick! It was only 18 dollars!
I will be back. Hope Crystal stays around a while!

This is a HORRIBLE location. I had a stylist who was rushing my hair color and she was working on 3 clients at a time while I was there!!! I don’t know how they allow this to happen but she made me hold my own blowdryer so I would blow dry my own hair while she took care of the other woman who was getting her hair colored as well.
I guess they use cheap hair products because the color didn’t change AT ALL!!! This was an older hispanic lady so please beware!!!

This place is awful. The girl at the front was nice. However the actual «cut» was awful. I had crystal … I asked for a trim. Just to take off the dead ends… She only cut the very bottom later… Didn’t trim any of the layers and didn’t even cut the front… And when I asked her if she was going to cut the front. She said «no those are yours». I should have known better than to go to a supercuts… But I figured it was just a basic trim… Now I have to go somewhere else to get the rest of my hair trimmed… Will NEVER go there again… And ladies I highly encourage you to go somewhere else. HUGE waist of time and money

The front desk girl was so sweet and had a very cute style! Though I felt at times that my hairdresser was distracted, she gave me a fantastic cut and bangs to hide a feature that I’m insecure about. A few weeks later I’m still really happy with the cut, which has been easy to manage,. I also received a deep conditioning treatment that I’m still seeing the effects of. Overall I was pleased and I would return.

I went to some very expensive places before for my hair, but nobody has consistently done as great a job as Shanaz. She is always friendly, personable, and pleasant. I’ve been going to Shanaz for almost 10 years and won’t let anyone else touch my hair. Thank you for the many years of great haircuts Shanaz!

Well, let’s see… I like this place for many reasons. For one there’s free parking in the back behind Supercuts (sometimes there’s a security guy who will occasionally ask where you’re going when you park) two this place is never overly crowded (meaning you can get in and out quick without an appointment) The girl at the front counter is always so polite to me and knows me by name every time I come in. Nina is so nice and talkative. She does such a great job on my hair cuts and always has entertaining stories while she cuts my hair. I’m not quite sure how the other girls cut hair in there, but take a chance with Nina because she’s awesome! As far as the price goes its about average cost for a hair cut.

Decided on a lark to try out this Supercuts. They always do a nice job on my husband and I just wanted a trim of the same basic cut I have and didn’t feel like dropping the usual $ 80 plus tip and parking (well over $ 100 when all is said and done) for my regular guy. I figured «how badly could they mess it up?» And if they did, I’d run back to my regular guy and beg his forgiveness.
I called over and they said they could take me in 15 minutes. Perfect. I was assigned to Princey and after describing what I want («same basic cut but maybe a little shorter in the back so it’s a more defined bob, but don’t take too much off»), shampoo, deep condition and she set to work. AND DID A BETTER JOB then my expensive regular guy! I’ve been pushing him to give the cut a little more edge and Princey nailed it. For a quarter of the price. Very happy.

First of all, if you try to schedule an appointment more than 30 minutes ahead of time, they will charge you $ 3! Charge me for wanting to schedule a time to come and pay them money?!
I was able to setup an appointment for 1:35. At 1:45, I see the hairstylist I booked with take a different customer. No explanation. Hmm, just sit there and wait without explanation for them. Why would I setup an appointment in the first place to see them disrespect their agreement like that.

Not only was the haircut the worst one I have ever gotten, but the attitude of the stylist was even worse!

I went there today and decided to get my roots done. BIG MISTAKE!!! Rosie’s first try was a golden orange. She was trying to match a warm brown. I should have not gone through with it especially when she was «consulting» with another stylist on which colors to use. She kept telling me that my newly colored roots and rest of the hair were a match. I do think that orange and brown are two different colors. I think what upset me is that she kept trying to convince me of this. Her second attempt did darken the roots so it didn’t look to obvious that they were still two different shades. Oh well… lesson learned. Never going back.

I always come to see Zeena, she knows what i want every single time im here. Oh and let me say that not only does she know how to cut my hair, but ahe also gives me a hug before and after! Everybody else here is super cool too, but if Zeena isnt here i normally wait til she comes back so i can get a buzz

I have super curly hair and I’ve been going here for years now. Lolly always cuts my hair and she is the best. She gave me great layers and I often get compliments. People usually have a hard time cutting curly hair, but Lolly is the best of the best. She is pretty popular so I try to call in advance to make an appointment with her. She also always listens to my requests and does just as I ask (length/​style wise).
UPDATE: Lolly has moved to the Studio City location in case you curlyheads are looking for a great haircut :)
