I had gone to this location to get a repair because of the reviews posted online, but I regret it every step of the way. My repair was delayed and I was left in the dark after the location was suppose to order a part for my repair. I had to call in order to discover the part had yet to come and was not given a clear answer on why its taking so long. After they gave me a time frame of when the part should arrive (a very unpleasant time frame already), they once again don’t update me. I once again call to find out that the part just vanished and new ones were being ordered. After almost two weeks of waiting in the dark I come in to get my phone repaired. I wish I could say this is where my problems ended. I was hoping that my complaint would just be how poorly the business is ran, but to my disappointment even the repair was unacceptable. Minor scratched and glue sticking out my my frame. A sloppy repair, sloppy service, and a sloppy experience. I would suggest to avoid this location at all cost. Go to another store or location under the same name, but just don’t bother with this poorly run business.

Very poor quality. New glass on my iPhone cracked after 2 weeks without being dropped or anything. I was literally laying in bed watching a video, heard a click and a crack appeared. Also the power button didn’t work well following repair. NONE OF IT COVERED IN WARRANTY. Zero. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Repair guy rude and in filthy stained clothes. Go somewhere else.

I have been very apprehensive about going to one of these types of places as I just didn’t know what to expect. I was very pleasantly surprised by UBreakFix in Encino. Last week my daughters cell phone had a cracked screen and froze up. They fixed it in about an hour and the price was far less than I anticipated. I was convinced she was going to need a new phone, now it looks and works like new. Today I went back in as my Iphone wouldn’t charge. They took my phone in the back to take a look and five minutes later it was fixed, NO Charge. It just had a bunch of dust in it and needed to be cleaned. The average store would have told me that something needed to be fixed and would have charged me as I wouldn’t have known the difference. Thanks to Leo who both times has shown me great, professional service. As a local business owner in the area, I highly recommend their services.

I have come here three times already, my family members come here, my friends come here! They do such a precise job, they are fast and I’ve never been disappointed! They have fixed our iPads, MacBook Pro, iPhones,. I definitely recommend them! The price is reasonable, You definitely pay for amazing results! You’re taken care of here! They also give you 10% discount every additional time you come after your first time as a returning customer! It’s great!

Don’t bring your iPhone to be fixed at this location. Their 90 day warranty is worthless as the paper it’s written on. They charged me $ 129 to fix the glass on my iPhone 6 and when new cracks appeared less than a month later they told me the warranty doesn’t cover new hairline cracks and wanted to charge me another $ 119 (10%) discount to replace it. Bad business practices and worthless warranties.

I came here for a battery port problem and the solution was so simple that they didn’t even charge me! They’ve always been really nice and professional.

My LG4 LTE got damaged in a car accident. The screen was smashed, and LCD needed to be replaced. The guys in Encino did an amazing job, quickly and at a fantastic price! My phone works perfectly. I will never go anywhere else for phone repair again. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Thanks so much guys!

Walked in to the store to get my sons phone fixed. He broke the headphone jack inside the iPhone headphone slot and they fixed it in seconds at no charge. If this isn’t excellent customer service, I don’t know what it is. Stop by and check them out.

I found this place after a frustrating experience with another iPhone repair place.
These guys were quick & friendly. Moreover, they were patient with me and my questions about warranty etc.
After I told them about my problems with the other repair shop they offered me their «returning customer discount» even though it was my first time.
My phone works great again!

Came in with my galaxy s5 and had my front screen replaced. They quoted me 2 hours but got it done in half the time. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. The crew is very friendly and have great customer service.

These guys are great! I dropped my iPhone and took it to uBreakiFix not knowing what to expect. There service was fast, fairly priced, and the phone looked fantastic afterwards. What prompted me to write this review is the experience I just had.
The receiver in my phone was muffled and sounded off. Apple would not fix it under warranty so I took to UbreakiFix. The guy helping me said first they would clean the phone and if that worked it would already be covered under my warranty. I thought, «there is no way they are going to be honest and tell me if it could be fixed for free.» I was surprised to get a call saying my phone was done in 30 minutes and that it just needed to be cleaned inside. No replacing parts and no charge. Talk about honest! I cannot recommend them enough based on their pricing, quick turnaround, and most importantly HONESTY. Check em out if you break your phone and you won’t be disappointed.

Started out like it would be fine with great customer service and even sold me a case for cheaper than expected. Explained that my screen was popping out due to a bad battery. Screen cracks one month out of warranty, then the battery starts failing 2 months after. Calls about either were met with «not our problem»

Best customer service! I’ve gone to other locations and paid extra for screens that was under warranty to come to find out I shouldn’t have. I would recommend this location to everyone.
The employees were very friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions and assured me if any problems were to come up to bring it back in!
Definitely going back if I need anything to be fixed.

Very honest employees explained the effects of replacing the glass on my iPhone 5. Was actually shocked how economical and fast it was. Location was very convenient as well.
The quality of the replacement was excellent and the phone looks and works like new. Could definitely recommend this shop.

I brought my son’s Iphone in for repair and they were honest, helpful and knowledgeable. They promised a 90 minute turnaround and we’re right on track.

These guys changed the broken glass on my iPhone to white from black and the back to match at extra charge of course. The very first time It fell (out of my shorts pocket) while I was kneeling down about 2 feet from the floor, both sides of the phone glass broke! WTF???
I had my iPhone for over a year dropped it many many times before the glass broke and with their CHEAP CHINESE AFTERMARKET paper thin glass it broke the first time around and on both sides.
Very unhappy customer!
