Valley BootCamp

This camp is really all about putting the energy in, because if you really want to, you’ll achieve great results with this fitness boot camp. Not only did this boot camp help me become more fit and active, it gave me lots of energy too– I thought I would be falling over when I got home (and while at times I was very sore), I felt energized afterwards. There’s no screaming or yelling at you that you aren’t doing well enough, there’s only encouragement, and I think that’s really key. I wanted to do better each time, and I wanted to achieve results that I could be proud of. The instruction is helpful, positive, and the workouts are always challenging and unique.

Having never worked with a trainer or a class, always working out on my own, I was skeptical as to how I would enjoy Valley Bootcamp. Timmy is an inspiring and fun trainer and there’s a great comradry among the class. But make no mistake, this is serious business. You WILL burn more calories than you ever have in 75 minutes and you will be challenged regardless of your skill level or what kind of shape you are in. And Timmy cares about your progress. He checks in with his «students» and makes time after class for questions. Timmy doesn’t charge for that stuff, it’s just another added value of the program.

Let’s start with I don’t run. Can’t do it. Hate it. Stamina, breathing, cramps, etc. I’m Awful!
Not any more. I have been taking Timmy T.‘s bootcamp for a few weeks now and today I ran 3.5 miles stopping each mile to do jump squats. Lets not forget the quarter mile up the super steep face.
I work out a lot on my own and have taken part in other bootcamps that were more time involved. Nothing has gotten me more tone and running like this one. And in such a short amount of time.
The man’s got skills and he really keeps you motivated with personal attention throughout the class no matter how many people you are with.
If you want to take advantage of what California has to offer, get outside enjoy the fresh air working out with Timmy T.

I’m just going to put it out there. I’m that cliché, slightly overweight girl who hoards chocolate. Its an addiction. I’ll eat a candy bar while in full run on an eliptical. That being said, I recognize this as a problem and have tried everything under the sun to correct it and that includes diet pills, personal trainers, other bootcamps etc. Then I met Timmy T. After seeing his truck everywhere I went and then getting an awesome offer on living social I realized now was the time to try out Valley Bootcamp. The past three weeks have completely kicked my ass. BUT I feel fantastic. Timmy T is downright inspiring. He mixes hard work in with humor and compassion. He makes sure everyone is reaching there potential and encourages us to be good to our bodies. I’m not going to tell you I lost 10 lbs or have crazy hulk muscles now. But I will say I actually feel like trying, trying really hard for once. I want to reach my potential. I like that fact the Timmy T doesnt just boss me around, he is there every step of the way, coaching and cheering us on. If you are serious about wanting to lose weight this is definitely the place to go!

In one month of working out with Timmy T, I’ve sculpted lean muscle, lost fat, gained endurance, lung capacity and got my head straight more than I ever did with indoor gym membership. As someone who sits in front of a computer all day, getting outside was the precise element I needed to keep myself interested in daily fitness.
Being outdoors while breathing fresh air in a positive group environment helped me start on my path toward a healthier life. You will be challenged, you will sweat, you will get dirty and you’ll feel excellent if you keep it up!
I’m a convert of Timmy T and won’t ever see the inside of a gym again. Can’t wait to start the November series!
