There was a Groupon recently for this place so I decided to try it even though there were no reviews on here. For the Groupon they are only letting people come in M-F however they do have late hours and wide availability. I asked if I could get a hot stone instead of a Swedish and was told the upgrade would be an extra $ 25 which is not good value based off buying it from Groupon so I passed. I found that a bit ridiculous considering the hot stone and Swedish at Zen Zone cost the same thing when you are just buying it direct. The place itself is in a medical building and is easy to miss. Unless you pay for parking on Ventura, you won’t be able to get parking right in front. They do have parking in the back and they validate. I already parked before I saw this place at Uncle Bernie’s Deli right nearby(shhhh there was no security in the parking lot and I would only be there roughly an hour so I parked there anyway and was fine). The place itself has no atmosphere whatsoever but for a cheap massage, I didn’t care. The girl who gave the massage was good however, I didn’t get a real 60 minute massage(I noticed half the time places don’t give you the 60 minutes). I showed up before my appointment time too so there was no excuse to make a 60 minute massage a 50 minute one. That’s okay though. I just lowered her tip. I felt like the massage was just ended abruptly. I should have just bought the Groupon for 1 massage but stupid me paid for the 2 massage package. After this Groupon gets used, I wouldn’t go back here. You can get massages of the same quality with better service elsewhere. I’m giving this 3 stars based off buying from Groupon. If I paid full retail this would be 2 stars.
