Arctic Bear staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. They made us aware of all issues regarding our new furnace and air conditioning unit. They were polite and considerate, did a great job cleaning up once the work was done. A complete furnace– a/​c installation, along with new outside venting, removal of old units, repair of multiple gas line couplings, new thermostat and a full explanation of what they did and how everything works was accomplished in less than two days. We’ve had bad experiences with two local heating/​ac companies and hiring Arctic Bear was a great decision. We’re very happy we chose them.

Great service, reasonable prices. Had an emergency with our old boiler, and the owner came out within an hour on a Saturday to complete the service call. He was quick & efficient. Even though it was an emergency call an he replaced parts on the system, the cost was still way below what I had anticipated. Later on, we used them to install our new boiler and on demand hot water system. Again, the service was top of the line, and the install was quick and painless. We look forward to giving them more business in the future as we remodel our home.
