Sons of Italy In Endicott

Excellent place to have a group gathering. Good food and very good service also.

So, I was invited to a wedding shower at the Sons of Italy in Binghamton, NY. I was absolutely under the assumption that we would be heading to an Italian restaurant but! The Sons of Italy is similar to a VFW or American Legion. It’s a very non-​descript banquet hall with a kitchen in the back and a bar. It also looked like it had a downstairs but I didn’t go down there.
The staff couldn’t have been friendlier an the food was absolutely top notch and served family style. There were three courses: pasta with pork, salad with oil and vinegar dressing and green beans cooked with garlic, potatoes with rosemary, and chicken Marsala.
Dessert was provided by the hosting party. The hall comfortably sat about 80 people and there was a lot more room to be had!
