A to Z Vacuum

Honest, helpful, and they will sell you what you need, not what makes them the most money.
I traveled over an hour to go to this shop after being underwhelmed by the vacuum sales shop near to my home. I found it was well worth it! The salesman discussed our home, what type of floors we have, pets, etc. and what our needs are. I was able to try out and compare a variety of units vacuuming up various debris they have in the shop. I also brought along a scrap piece of the carpet in our home that is the biggest challenge in terms of keeping clean. I found it interesting that they didn’t start me off on the most expensive models, and I found the salesperson to be frank in assessing the pros and cons of each unit I tested.
When I found the vacuums that I liked best, they then allowed me to bring a loaner of the same model home to use for a few days to see if that’s really what we needed.
Besides the great customer service this shop gives some additional service and warranty if you buy from them. In my opinion, it’s well worth a trip to see them even if you’re from out of town.
The vacuums they sell here are better than what one often finds in the big box stores. Prices range from relatively inexpensive to wow, but the vacuums at the upper end are certainly not over-​priced for what they are. And, because they also service vacuums they can tell you about the reliability of various vacuums.
