First off, i was visiting family from NYC and couldn’t find a better value for a fully equipped gym that offered a guest pass for only $ 20.
What a steal.
The gym is clean, and the people I saw when i was working out would all clean off the equipment after they used it. The bathroom was clean, and so was the locker room.
Loved the ice machine next to the water fountain.
Brand new equipment with everything you need to lift. Multiple squat racks and a dedicated pad for deadlifts and other barbell work. amazing.
Met the owner and had a chance to speak with and get to know him on a more personal level. Really nice guy. Glad to know he’s a local in NYC as I will be reaching out to say hi to him.
For a smaller and newer gym you have to expect there may be a few kinks to work out. Consider that there are times when staff is not present, so perhaps other patrons of the gym may not be paying attention to their own cleaning habits to the same standard that you do.

Awful gym.
Cleanliness isn’t a priority. People do not clean the equipment they use and the employees couldn’t care less. They would rather be on their phones than doing their jobs.
DO NOT JOIN. I can’t imagine this business being around for much longer, so do not join for a year because you may be throwing money away if they close.

Awesome people working here. Very, very clean and well maintained. Excellent machines and free weights. I work out in Beverly Hills at an Equinox and this place may be smaller and less frills but it’s a better work out environment and not over sold. Best of luck in the future to this group!
