10 books for $ 1 That’s all that I need to say. I’ve never actually bought anything else there — I just go for the cheap books. It’s a teenie little place with mostly used clothing, but they do have some random items, books, DVDs and CDs. I think they even have a selection of VHS tapes if you’re feeling nostalgic.

I love coming here to check out the book selection. Books are $ 1/each or 10 for $ 1. No kidding. It is awesome! They are roughly organized by type, but for the price, it is worth it to dig through the selection. The store is mission-driven too, and provides jobs for people with disabilities. Shopping here is a win-win.

Came here because I was having thrifting withdrawals in Enfield! small store but great charity behind it. Everyone that I’ve come into contact with here has been super pleasant. I’ve found a few great deals here, but in general, I’ve found that the clothes prices are higher than Salvation Army, but in line with Goodwill stores. No debit cards for under $ 10, which was a little offputting since I never carry cash and had to dig quarters and dimes out for the rest of my purchase. The cashier was very nice and even apologized about this rule. No big deal– it won’t stop me from going there again, I’ll just have cash in my pocket!

For the extreme bargain hunter Once every month they have a «All Clothing $ 1» warehouse sale from 8 – 12 on a designated Saturday. These items range from shoes to ties, to dresses to suits to belts. If you have the time and patience you can definitely strike gold here. But what I love about this shop is it’s «Different By Design» collection, where adults with disabilities hand-bead beautiful jewelry pieces. They’re reasonably priced and serving a great cause. Go check them out!
