Macy’s

So this review is based on the current situation of this Macy’s location.
This Macy’s is in liquidation, so everything is on sale and final clearance.
I was able to successfully return something that was purchased before the official liquidation date. Other than being sent to three different registers to make the return, I had no issues and the staff was very friendly.
What bothered me is that they only had four dressing rooms open. Four single rooms. There was literally a family on vacation in one of the fitting rooms. I waited 30 minutes to try on a pair of pants, I was ready to moon everyone and try them on in the middle of the aisle. I don’t know why they had all the other fitting rooms closed when they were so busy.
Also, the pants I got were being marketed as 20% off original price of $ 44. Thinking this was a good deal, I bought three pairs. When I got home I found the same exact pants on Macy’s website for $ 19.99. The ones I bought were final sale at $ 35 a piece, so I’m stuck with them. My fault, should’ve checked online first.
Beware of the scam of «liquidation sale prices» and check online first. Corporate is trying to trick ya!

Hit up three Macy’s over the last few days in search of a business suit. Enfield won over Holyoke & Springfield with the best selection of styles & sizes by far. Plus, the employees here were far friendlier & helpful. And, even without a Macy’s card, I got a good deal. Yay Enfield Macy’s!
