Stopped in for dinner with my daughter and ordered the Texas dry rub ribs, and a side of Brussel sprouts and a beer. It took forever to get our drinks. When my daughters meal was delivered she said the mashed potato was thick and heavy with no flavor. My ribs came with no sauce which were suppose to have a side of bourbon sauce. The sprouts were cold and hard as a rock. They were busy and I finally got the waitress attention and she took the sprouts. They came back hot but not cooked. Never got the sauce for the ribs. Won’t go back.

This Ruby Tuesday is well managed, the service is polite, responsive, efficient and the small details are not overlooked. The salad bar regardless of the number of people who have proceeded you is extremely well organized, beautifully maintained, almost immediately replenished and extremely clean. The variety of items available to choose from on the salad bar is exceptional in my judgement and one of the reasons I chose Ruby Tuesday. The Spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup I ordered was perfect served very hot, very spicy with a handful of fried tortilla chips and absolutely hit the spot. Kudos to the management, hostess and wait staff, these folks get it and should be a model for training throughout the entire restaurant chain.

I can always trust Ruby Tuesday for a good, inexpensive meal. I most recently came for my brother’s birthday(his request!). There was no wait. Service is very good. My favorite dish is their cheese ravioli. It’s a ravioli dish covered with fried cheese. I also enjoy the veggie trio. You pick 3 side dishes and unlimited salad bar. For dessert we had the blondie brownie. It was very good. No, this is not fine dining, but it doesn’t pretend to be and the food is decent. Also, there is a great bar menu and the drinks are cheap. It’s never too crowded or loud and the service has been consistently excellent. It’s a trusty staple for cheap, good food and for that it gets 3 stars.

Have always been happy with RT restaurants in the past. This one, however, was sub-par. Hostess couldn’t figure out where to seat us, offered us a bad seat right in front of the entrance and salad bar. Waitress was obviously in training. Very slow. Bathroom was very dirty with sticky floors.

Service was great. Got a mozz. stick app and was very good! The meals however could have been better. I order the Asiago Pepercorn steak with broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. The sides were better than the steak. I ordered the steak medium and was still over cooked but chewy. Something about it just did’t taste right. The friend I went with got the Chicken Bella and loved it. We ended up switching meals because her chicken was that much better. She ate the steak and agreed it was a bad cut of meat. Since it’s a chain restaurant, I’ll obviously go back because it all depends who’s cooking and the location.

Had dinner here before movies. Kids eat free on Tuesdays including drinks and salad bar so that saved us over $ 12! They won’t take coupons when combined with kids eat free. Always love the salad bar and service was good and even paced. Meals tasty too. Try the spaghetti squash for a healthy alternative. Will return with coupon or on Tuesdays but some meals are overpriced and not worth paying in full.

On This visit I had the cheeseburger sliders and the salad bar. Unfortunately the burgers were overdone and there were no carrots at the salad bar. After I ate I had to run to the bathroom a couple times. I might have had a slight case of food poisoning. The service was excellent and the fries were good. I felt the sliders were overpriced since I only got two. It was 12 dollars. I probably won’t go back again. I have had meals that were good there, but after tonight, I will stay away.

Ruby Tuesdays is usually pretty consistent and satisfying. Sign up for their email list and you’ll get pretty regular coupons BOGO50% off, which makes it an excellent value. The cheesy biscuits they bring out are ok, but are no Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits. I love to order the chicken sliders with salad bar. The salad bar is super high quality, always fresh and well stocked.

The food was very bad, the fish had no taste at all and the shrimp were too salty. The food was totally different with the photos that showed in the menus. We told the waiter we didn’t eat for the whole day so we order the cake to rush it before the dinner and then still waited for a long time and next table ordered after us but got their food even before us!!!

Probably the worst service ever. Ive tried again and again at this location and everytime I’m reminded as to why I am hesitant. Don’t waste your time.

This was my first time at this Ruby Tuesday in a few years, although I have frequented them previously in other states. Last time was hands down better. We visited on a Monday, mid-afternoon(3:30 — 4) during a slow shift. The men’s bathroom was filthy, 1 of 2 towel holders completely empty. I went there to just wash my hands but the sink area had obviously not been cleaned in hours and used paper towels littered the area. An unbussed table sat with dirty dishes on it when we walked in, only a few tables down from where we were seated. 45 minutes later, we walked by the same table to leave, it was still unbussed. This table was visible from my chair and no one was seated there during our entire visit. If the wait staff was too busy to bus the table, why didn’t the management clear it? Because the managers were sitting at a table in the front having a casual conversation during our entire visit. They never once got up from that table to check(visually or verbally) on anything during our entire visit. Service was incredibly slow for the restaurant being practically empty. Drink glasses went unfilled until I asked the waitress to refill my diet coke. We ordered only drinks and one appetizer(artichoke dip), but the water glasses that we had to request were delivered without the diet coke; a separate trip brought just the diet coke. With the spinach artichoke dip(on the menu as «served with unlimited crisp tortilla chips»), we were served a VERY small number of chips. This was not a problem since we knew we could get more, IF we could get the waitress’ attention. However, the tortilla chips we received were cold, soggy, and greasy — highly unappetizing. After we finally got the waitress to come over, we ordered replacement chips which they apparently made to order for us. The new order of chips were much better, however, the spinach artichoke dip was cold by the time fresh chips arrived. Had the waitress come over shortly after serving the food, we could have discussed the soggy chips then. Instead, she came over much later, after the dip was cold and the soggy chips were now cold as well. Empty drink glasses sat at the edge of the table and were not refilled until I ask the waitress to do so. She never offered to refill the drink — I had to ask even though the glass was empty and free refills were included(and I received a single refill). Water glasses also sat empty with no action by the waitress to refill them either. All in all, this was the worst Ruby Tuesday experience in my history of going there to any location. I eat at the Panera directly across the walkway from this place. I will not make the mistake of going to this Ruby Tuesday again.

I was starving. So was my wife. We came in and were dazzled by the new, modern décor at this ruby Tuesdays. We are bar folk so we sat with mike. Mike was dazzling and reminded me of That movie cocktail. But not that wuss Tom cruise. The awesome guy with the accent that taught Tom cruise how to get chicks and delight the eyeballs. Mikes bartending was so impressive it inspired me to learn to dance. My wife and I will be learning the samba because of mike the bartenders artful skills.

Just finished a very enjoyable lunch here with my wife. Atmosphere is quite nice… very bright… decent music in the background. and we lucked out with a terrific server named Katherine. Food is very decent. Wife had a turkey avocado sandwich… I had the prime cheddar cheeseburger. No complaints whatsoever. You can linger and chat if you wish. no hassle at all once you are finished. Nice respite from the rigors of the mall. We left happy and satisfied.

Everyone knows Ruby Tuesday; no real surprises. We go there for the salad bar. Luckily, there was no charge for the dust. I mean, really, c’mon. Does anyone who works there, ever look up? Every light shade needs to be cleaned off, now. And, while you’re at it, clean the exterior side of every single booth seat in the dining room; there are way too many dried drips and streaks. Also, the outside edge of almost every table needs to be freshened up with a new coat of paint, immediately. Sorry, it just looks shabby, and makes me question how clean the kitchen is… or, isn’t. If I were the District Manager, I’d have a field day. It’s time to up your game, Ruby. And, I say this with love, for your own good.

I usually come here for lunch because their Broccoli Cheddar soup is to die for! Perfect size, perfect price. I’ve also had their Petite Chicken Fresco which is delicious as well. It’s the perfect portion size for lunch. The full size is too much, too expensive and too many calories. You can’t go in their with high expectations because it is a chain, but certain menu items are a hit. Servers are nice and attentive, nothing extraordinary. It can get a little packed around noon as well.

The service here is always top-notch. Shout outs to Mr. McLaughlan — great host. Also to Jess B. — exceptional waitress and server. I hate to admit this — but the Triple Prime Angus at Ruby’s is better than the Kobe Special over at Max’s Burgers. I’ve been back to Ruby’s several times in recent weeks and that Triple Prime is hands down the best burger around. And believe me, I know my burgers.

Wow eveything was wonderful. I would have given five stars but one of the sides was room temperature but the waiter was helpful and funny, she is of a rare breed of skillful waiters!

I go here mostly for convenience either before or after the movies, but its always a good meal. They have a fresh well kept slald bar thats a good choice if you dont want to go heavy. I’m also partial to the chicken with fresh tomatoes in a balsamic dressing. Light and healthy. This last time we tried their own chardonay– bottled for Rubys. Not bad. All in all– a dependably good meal.

I love the salad bar at Ruby Tuesday! The croutons are literally some of the best I’ve ever tasted. Lol. The staff is great-I was craving nachoes and even though they’re not on the menu they made them exactly how I wanted. I will be revisiting this Ruby Tuesday again and again
