Speedy Cleaners

Nice people. Dependable. A little pricey though. There are other cleaners with better pricing.

This location is NOT one of Speedy Cleaners. The folks who run this location bought it from Speedy Cleaners several years ago. I do not know what their company name is, however.

This is a drop off station not an actual dry cleaners. They send your clothes to another «partner» that does the actual dry cleaning somewhere off mexico st and something. I shouldn’t have stepped foot in here after reading one of the reviews given because they ruined a expensive jacket & didn’t even press my black jacket.
Anyhow I brought in a $ 400 dollar jacket that the only thing dirty was the neckline area but I wanted to get it cleaned because I felt it was dirty. When I come to pick it up there were pen black marks and blue ink stain on one of the arm sleeves. They won’t admit that it was THEIR FAULT for putting those pen stain marks on the sleeve and keep arguing that the pen «stains» must’ve come out of the fabric? Does that make any sense to you folks? Some random black and blue pen stains are going to come out of fabric? So I gave it too the owner again and asked him if he would «Redo» it, which he agreed. Picked it up and the pen stains are still there and it wasn’t dry cleaned again, only «inspected» by the moron who supposedly dry cleaned it.
I wasn’t compensated nor was it dry cleaned again. That makes me even more angry.
Secondly, my black jacket wasn’t even pressed. There are wrinkles still in the back. What is the point of a dry cleaners? When they should press the wrinkles out? Why am I paying for someone that doesn’t know how too do their job?
The owner of this location states they did a good job. Of what? Ruining a $ 400 dollar jacket? and not pressing my black jacket? Screw them.
I am very pissed off about this and I will NEVER EVER do business here again.
I do not recommend this place because your dry cleaning clothes will come out ruined!

Gave them another chance… spoke to owner this time, and they got all my cleaning done in time — even offered to buy a new shirt when they couldn’t get the stain out –
Good prices, reliable, and close… meets all my requirements for a cleaners !!!
