While I don’t have an enormous amount of experience with alarms and/​or alarm companies specifically, I do have experience with a wide range of service-​providers and Bergen Protective Systems is an incredibly professional, responsive and efficient business. They do not try to up-​sell extraneous products, they genuinely listen to what you have to say and — most importantly — they do what they say they are going to do on time and on budget. We had a minor glitch post-​installation and they were there the very next morning resolving it. And the guys who did the actual install were extremely courteous and competent. So if you’re in the market for an alarm I very strongly recommend Bergen Protective.
