never go to this scam mri center. the reading of the mri is below par… missing many pieces of important information. they lie before you go there telling you that they will take your insurance as payment in full!!! then one year later, you receive a bill… this is illegal in the state of new jersey and it was reported to the state insurance and banking office… so that they could be investigated and shut down… never go there… i told my neurologist who sent me there and they will never send any other patients there… they have a large practice… the people working in the office are uneducated and have no clue… run!!!

I contacted them twice and haven’t gotten my appointment scheduled. Even faxed them a prescription like they asked, never called me back. Was referred to by Firstmed Urgent Care Center. Will just schedule an appointment myself from another place, this place is obviously not good.

This place is in the business of over billing the insurance company and selling their over inflated claims denied by insurance companies to collection agency so they can make money. Do not go here unless you want to get a surprise bill 4 – 5 years later. Stay away.

This morning I received a demand from a Collection Agency for a test done 5 yrs ago!! I have NEVER even been contacted by this company before and the collection agency threatened that this bill was going against my credit score! DO NOT GO THERE.

This location used to be excellent as 401 Medical Imaging. Even referred by my neurologist. Unfortunately DRA bought numerous centers and consolidated, leading to very poor quality. There is a call center so you cannot contact the location directly. The technician was mediocre and provided poor service, he didn’t even give me socks so I had to walk barefoot. My MRI required injections and the technician was also the individual to inject me. This is unbelievable since I have always had a nurse for injections at any other location and I was fearful of proceeding. The Radiologist was inadequate. The Radiology report was terrible, lacking in detail and did not provide the information required by the doctor on the prescription. Even my doctor commented. I am used to high quality medical care and if you have more than a broken leg please be aware.
