I am totally disgusted with the Costumer Service provided to my 97-year-old mother. All she wants is her weekly magazine to read, do the crossword puzzles and pass it on to her daughter. She sent her renewal check back in October 2022 and she has never received one copy since December. For her to make ongoing phone calls, denied access to speak to a supervisor is disgraceful.
At this point, I call it abuse on a frail elderly individual resulting in mental anguish. It may be a small amount of money for you, but it is a lot for someone her age. Multiple times she has been told they are in the mail......it is almost March 2023. There is no excuse for Reps to be disrespectful to an elderly client. I have called on her behave and the run around I received is appalling. She has been a customer for years and this is the treatment you provide. Customer Service is horrific.
I find this magazine to be very informative and interesting. I would suggest purchasing this magazine in the store. It was over 2 - 3 months, before receiving the magazine, then, another magazine arrives! I paid in full, for both magazines, even though I never ordered the other magazine! Within a month, after paying in full, I started to receive mail, threatening I would be put in the credit bureau for non-payment!! After receiving the 2nd notice, I called and cancelled. Another month went by, no refund. I called, again, was told nothing was showing I canceled. I was disgusted. I told the girl, I am dealing with cancers, etc., even though I enjoy both magazines, I do not need to be involved with the aggravation. I paid my subscriptions with this company, yet, was receiving aggravation from Women's World Magazine. I am guessing there is a lack of communication, however due to my medical, I do not need the extra aggravation! Yes, Women's World Magazine and First are excellent. It has been years, that I can say, just do not enjoy magazines, but, Women's World Magazine, Yes, definitely, would make an extra trip to the store, just for Women's World. Now, I am not able to drive, so, I thought home delivery would be great. What a disappointment. In my medical situation, just did not need, nor want anymore unnecessary aggravation. Hopefully, there will not be a lack of communication in the future. By the way, still owed over $40.00!!! My Rating and Review were for the Magazines. I do thank the many people that started the "Magazine", affordable and knowledgeable. I do miss receiving. Sometimes I do glance on Women's World Website, but, much more enjoyable to have the magazine in your hand. Thank you to all involved. I could not give a bad rating or review, just for a lack of communication within the companies.....that is only human.
