Had a 90-​minute massage with Brian, and it was amazing! He hit muscles I didn’t even know I had. Lol. I get massages frequently, and you could tell he had good anatomy knowledge, and was responsive to what level pressure I liked.
Fantastic experience from the moment we walked in… The scents, the atmosphere, everything was top-​notch. Christina handled our booking and did my mother-in-law’s massage, and was very responsive and friendly (MIL said her massage was also fantastic!). I only wish I lived closer… I’d be back weekly!

This is such a wonderful place, very nice atmosphere, wonderful massage therapists, Christina, Adilia and Brian are the best. Everyone is very nice, the rooms were comfortable and serene. They also offer facials with Dawn, Clay Baths, and Young Living Essential Oils.
I highly recommend 20 West, I love it!

I have become a regular visitor to 20 West spa and Christina in particular! I cannot say enough about how glad I am to have such an amazing place to go so close to home and work where I can get a fantastic massage, great conversation, and lots of laughs! I have never left from a massage feeling as good as I do when I leave here! And I smell really good too!:) see you next month!

My husband and I stumbled upon this gem when we were in town visiting my mother in Englewood Florida. It was out 1 year anniversary and we wanted to treat ourselves. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was thrilled when I found out they used Young Living essential oils for a raindrop massage! Of course I had to indulge. It was PERFECT, just what we needed. When we were finished we both agreed it was the best massage we have ever received. It definitely makes a difference when you feel comfortable and welcome.
We are planning a trip there this week and have already booked an appointment for our next massage there! Can’t wait!

This Spa has been under new Management since December, so pay no attention to the unfortunate experience of that other client. What a lovely Spa ! I had a fabulous massage with Christina and a wonderful facial with Dawn ! The rooms were very comfortable with a serene atmosphere. The customer service was excellent. I can’t wait to go back and try the clay bath. I would definitely recommend this Spa.

I was lucky enough to receive a before the holiday facial by Dawn… OMG…It was so refreshing and my skin is still glowing. 20 West Spa was clean, quite and decorated fabulously. Prices and availability were right on as well. Dawn, was friendly and cared about what I hoped to achieve from my treatment. All 5 stars for this fantastic Spa. Next time I am going to add a massage to my facial…

On September 1, 2010, after receiving a clay bath service at this spa, I had a total collapse and almost died. There was only one other person in the entire building at the time and she was the only employee there and she was no where to be found when I collapsed. I’m still having problems with my knee almost a year later. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
