Great food. They don’t have peanut butter.

Had lunch with the cousin after a stressful event. An excellent choice. Large, spacious dining room with tables arranged with plenty of room between them, a full bar (although we did not take advantage of it), clean restrooms. The service was very good, courteous and prompt. Server handled the several «modifications» without any confusion. The food was outstanding! An omelette was said to be excellent, cooked exactly as ordered and very generous. A salad was fresh, beautifully plated and tasteful. A chicken BLT wrap was loaded with chicken and crisp bacon and well presented. Coffee was fresh and delicious too. We all agreed that this is a diner worth returning to! We will definitely be back.

The food was good and the restaurant is good. Went during the weekend for brunch and it was a good. Prices are also reasonable and the waiter was also helpful. He took pictures and told us which food he recommends and which one to stay away from. Overall this is a place I would eat from again.

Hands down my favorite diner in this area. My go to is the grilled chicken ceaser wrap.

A nice place to eat. We have eaten here many times for lunch. The pancakes are good. And they have many other good dishes. The wait staff has always been good. Try it out.

Stopped in for a late lunch with my cousin and both of our boys. Ample parking, not crowded (weekday 3pm) kids meal was great and a decent serving for $ 4.99.
My cousin and I had wings and calamari. Both pretty yummy.

The baked potato comes with sour cream, chives, cheese and butter. Mine came with 2 frozen pats of butter and a container of sour cream. Had to find her again to ask for the other items.
Never saw fried cornmeal catfish that was baked with seasoning on top.

It was a beautiful night to have dinner outside. I really enjoyed the mussels fra diavolo over angel hair, though next time I’ll need to ask for extra sauce.
Service outside is usually pretty awful, but tonight Raul was our server and was super attentive with great recommendations.

I stopped in with a co-​worker for breakfast during lunch hour. We noticed how clean and modern the place was. It doesn’t have your typical diner look on the inside or outside. We were greeted promptly by the pleasant hostess.
I had the blueberry pancakes with a side of turkey sausage and my co-​worker had the Big Breakfast which had 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 sausage links, and 2 strips of bacon. My pancakes were 3 very large pancakes filled with tons of blueberries. It was impressive. The turkey sausage consisted of 4 links and they were tasty but probably cooked a while back and reheated. My co-​worker enjoyed his meal. The coffee was good.
The waiter service was acceptable. Due to the language difference, we had a tough time understanding him. When he brought the coffees, he didn’t bring the crème over for at least 5 minutes. When he did the customary check in half-​way through our meal, he came empty handed and had to track down the coffee pot. That was again a few more minutes before he returned. Just a bit slow and not spot on. We did receive our meal in a very timely manner.
Regardless, we would go back. The prices are very fair considering the generous portions they give you.

Food is okay for a diner, exactly what you’d expect. The place itself is pretty okay, I’m not a fan of the ‘diner’ look in general. The service is spotty, I feel like sometimes they just aren’t bothered with us. Other times the food comes out almost too quickly.
Food is 3 stars, atmosphere is 3 stars, service is 3 stars.

The only reason to go is to see the Hostess!
All kidding around aside the food here is simply average, but the location is great and the space is inviting and comfortable

Good spot for breakfast. I had Cornbeef Hash, Eggs and sausage on the side. It hit the spot like breakfast should.

Good place… Potions are huge and foods good not great. But for prices I think it’s a good deal. I had corned beef hash, nothing special but does the job. And if ur hungry this is what U’ll order here. Lumber jack size!!!
Staff was friendly and service was straight to the point. Lol food came out quickly… Which assumes WARMERS… But all in all not bad for this spot in Englewood, NJ.

The more I come to 4 West the less impressed I am by it. Maybe they are under new management?
The staff took awhile to seat us despite the restaurant being nearly completely empty. Our server got my order wrong. The food was cheap, but lacking in the quality department. The only thing I like about this place anymore is they have better décor than other diners in the area and they have a full bar. They are also open later than most which is nice.
I’ll probably keep coming here despite the aforementioned complaints, but I will have my expectations lowered accordingly.
