AVOID AT ALL COSTS. These guys will feed you lies and tell you what you want to hear just to get you in the car. No matter how far from the truth they are. DO NOT TRUST ANYONE HERE. Bought my car in May. Ali promised to fix my gas gage and sensor on my convertible latch. Took my car on my own time to 3 of HIS sketchy mechanics. After each visit no response from the mechanic nor Ali, I had to keep calling. Eventually it was more $$ than he expected so he would never followed up. Honestly, those two issues are the least of my concerns now. You really can’t go around pointing fingers at the dealership for every little issue but somehow everything is failing on this vehicle.
So I guess just use common sense. Im young and learning now from professional mechanics and dealers that I was taken advantage of. I paid $ 8,900 for a car that should be AT THE MOST $ 6,500. They probably bought it for around $ 4,000 I’ve been told. DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU WALK IN.

I have purchased the last 3 cars from this dealership, and will only purchase future cars from them. The cars are well-​maintained and I never had any surprise/​hidden mechanical issues. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new ride.

All «ALI» could say is look at a different review system… i look ed and they said it was still 2900 $ over price???
Finally he said that «These are right at value»
I have worked in the auto profession and these are NOT!

This was my first car purchase with a dealer. I have shopped with other dealers and hated it so badly that they wouldn’t just tell me the price of the cars. Instead, they brought in a manager. And a finance person. And another manager. And the manager of the finance department. The office was like a clown car.
A and A Auto was NOTHING like that!!! It was so refreshing to walk onto a lot un molested by creeper sales people who look at you like you’re made out of cake. The price is listed on the windows, the terms are listed on the windows. I went straight for the Audi A4 Quattro I had seen on Craigslist. I loved the car, drove the car and braced myself for the torture of a purchase. The torture NEVER happened! The salesman I worked with looked up the BB value of the car right there and had no problem sharing the info with me (I had looked the night before!). This made me comfortable and feel like he wasn’t trying to bamboozle me. We looked up my trade together and I received the full amount of it’s worth, which was double what I expected to get! Best of all, the whole process took less than 2 hours. It took longer to get my emissions done! Emissions testing, BTW, was about 4 blocks away, so they’re conveniently located, too.
I’ve already friends about this place and I’ll keep doing it.

I wish I could give 0 stars. These guys are rip off artists.
I bought a car about a year ago unlike the fake reviews they are paying someone to write for them.
When I test drove the car the transmission was shifting hard, they told me not to worry about it, they will have it fixed and wrote it up on a «we owe» I took the car home and came back a week later they told me they can give me a number of a mechanic but if I wanted it fixed I would have to use the aftermarket 3 month warranty they gave me with the car. Just call and Lie they will pay $ 800 to have it fixed. I did not lie to the warranty company and dropped $ 1200 into the transmission.
Six months later the «brand new» timing belt they had put on the car broke. another $ 3000. When the took the engine apart the mechanic told me this engine had serious damage and was just thrown back together to get it out the door.
I contacted the dealer to find out who the mechanic was as the timing belt has a 50,000 mile warranty on it they told me to stop waisting their time. If I want a replacement they will sell me one otherwise «f*ckoff»
Go anywhere else.

I have bought a couple of cars over the past 3 years. Our family still drives these cars and we’d had no problems. These guys were quite honest and friendly from the start and helped me to get a good deal to finance the cars as well.
I will certainly buy a used car from them again!

These guys are great! I had been looking for a decent used car dealer for a while that I can get a reasonable priced car and not worry about issues. They had a great selection and I was able to buy car which I thought was reasonably priced and the whole experience was great, fast and simple.
I have had the car for more than 3 months and with no problems. I referred one of my friends about a week ago and he was also able to find his desired car within his budget and has also was very happy with the experience.
I am going to use these guys for my next car again!
