worst customer service I have ever had. Owner refused to honor money spent on the car wash that wouldn’t work and then proceeded to shout at me and berate me for doing it wrong. When I tried to talk to him about customer service he told me he didn’t care because he had plenty of customers. looking back on other reviews, it seems he has been doing this for a while and has no consequences to face so he really doesn’t care. He will basically steal your money spent on car washes that don’t work and gets away with it. Don’t go to this gas station there are plenty available within minutes of his.

I specifically drove a long way down Broadway to find any car wash that wasn’t self-serve. Went in and bought the deluxe wash, and once I went through, there were still soap suds all over the top of my windows and on the hood. I went back in and the guy asked me if I had stayed in the wash until it was done, which, of course, I had! So, he sent me back through again, with the same result. Suds everywhere. I went back in again and he was really offended and gave me a refund, but not without saying in a nasty tone«I don’t want to see you in here again,» like I had come in for a free, car wash — and this wasn’t my first time doing it. Don’t go there! #selfserveforever
