Bergen Neuropsychological Group

I recently switched doctors, mainly because I was having a very hard time getting a hold of my doctor or anyone at Bergen Neuro. I’d call, get a receptionist, and then stay on hold for about the length of how long you stay on hold when you call up the cable company. Not acceptable for a doctor’s office. I’ve also got lost in transfers, not had calls returns, and have constantly had to call up just to get medical records or make appointments.
Doctors themselves are never easy to get on the phone, but this was definitely the worst.
Besides the phone tag and on hold night mares, the practice itself was pretty good. But I did leave it because It was too hard to get a hold of anyone, which is what I’ll always remember it for.
