2 tokens a game? Me and my daughter have been to a whole lot of chucks and have never seen this. Even on the commercials it advertises 1 token a game. It looks like it need a few more employees the front door is unguarded at times.

Little family fun for the kids, that was just a waiting game. Waited for our pizza for 1 ½hours just to go up to the food window and get the food ourself. The employees were just standing around doing nothing when they could’ve been taking orders to people. The pizza was cold and disgusting. Probably won’t be back to this chuck E Cheese ever again.

I took my 4 year old grandson here for his birthday party, as we have for the past 3 years. This year, instead of paying for the party, we just went to have fun with him. I was sorrowfully disappointed with multiple issues. The first being that many of the games there were not working properly, and when it came time to add another token(1 for continuation of the game) the machine would not accept the token, and ended up charging 2 tokens when it should have been only one. This happened on 3 of the 6 games we played. There were games that took your token, but did not activate the game also. Second, when the pre-recorded 5 minute introduction to Chucky coming out on the floor to see the kids and spread free tickets, the first time was great, the kids all swooned over him. The second time, the intro played, but no Chucky appeared. I’ve never seen so many sad, disappointed faces in one place in all of my life. I went and asked the kid at the register what happened, and all he could say was, «I’ll check into it». About 15 minutes later, out came Chucky, but by then it was too late. We bought the pizza and salad bar combo — –the pizza was OK, but the salad bar that they charge 6.99 for was no more than iceberg lettuce, romaine for Caesar, a bowl of stale croutons, and 3 filthy squeeze bottles of tasteless dressing. No other toppings were available. Then came the part that really convinced me to write this review: While I stood there and watched, in the food prep area, right in front of the serving window, two maintenance workers actually used a pressure washer at full strength to spray out the pizza oven, spraying funk and bacteria and filth everywhere in the room, which is only about 8 foot by 6 foot big. The other employees stood there and laughed, and pointed to them that maybe they should spray it the other direction, all the while as I was waiting for my food to be prepared… And, it took them 20 minutes to prepare one order of tater tots! The 3 times I complained to the kid at the front, never was a solution or resolution of the problems discussed, never was I seen or talked to by a manager. I spent over $ 60 there, a wasted amount. NOW — — –here it is the next morning, and I have spent most of the night and all of my morning in the bathroom, an obvious side effect of the crap that I ate there, probably from all the bacteria that was washed onto my pizza. Needless to say, but go somewhere else with your kids — NOSUCHTHINGASCUSTOMERSERVICE — ORSERVICEATALL!!!

For a Chuck E Cheese, this one is awesome! Clean games and interior, fresh & diverse salad bar, great staff! The manager even came by our table to check that all was well. There was also a great toddler area! It is separated by a little half wall and has age appropriate games and a smaller climbing area. My almost two year old loved it! And I felt safer letting her play without worrying about the bigger kids knocking her down. We were there for about an hour or so and Chuck E made two appearances while we were there. They made a big deal about him coming out and all the kids gathered around and danced with him. It was really cute. The only thing that would make this location better is if they had free WiFi to entertain the parents!

This location is terrible. I had my sons 8th birthday party here. First, the entrance was unattended for the majority of the time. Anyone could have walked out with any kid at just about any time. When we complained, it didn’t make a difference because then we watched one employee walk into the back and the other employee walk into the game area which left NOBODY at the front so anybody could have walked out with any kid. Then, my party host was very unfriendly. She did not smile and seemed bored with her job. Chuck E. Cheese came out and I’m pretty sure he was stoned because he stared straight ahead and waved his arms around a few times but that was it! Then when my son went into the ticket blaster, the host scolded my son for getting the 1000 ticket! When we finally went to cash in our tickets, we sat there for about 10 minutes watching the two employees working messing around with cups, walking in and out of the back and doing everything except helping us. We were the only people at the counter and they completely ignored us! This was the worst service I have ever had. I will never come back. All of the people who came with and who were in my party will never be back again either. I would never recommend this location to anyone.

Little to no customer service up front and more than half of the games/rides were broken.

This place was such a rip off. We lost so many coins to broken machines and every time I went and told someone it was broke they said they’d have someone come fix it so I would stand there for over 20 mins waiting to get my kids tokens back or tickets and no one ever came to fix the machine. Total waste of money.

This place is exactly what you would expect. My boy loves it — lots of things to do but he is still a bit young for most of the activities(3). Pizza is the low point… you are not coming here for the food. Most parents are watching their kids, but there are a few that are not(as is the case everywhere these days), so keep an eye on your kid to avoid being trampled by larger children if they are small. Second time here with the family and we are likely to return. Tip: Find a table before getting your order and tokens.

Hi class? Not exactly. Chaotic? Sometimes. Clean? Clean enough. Overpriced pizza? You betcha. But really, not so bad, and a fairly easy place to have a kids birthday party. I have heard horror stories of the other locations-I don’t know if this place is better, or if the people telling stories are wimps. But really, it’s not nearly as noisy/chaotic/awful as I always heard. Maybe this location is smaller and more manageable? If you go in the middle of the day during the week, the place is pretty deserted, so you can give your kid free reign. On weekend, you’ll want to keep a close eye on them-some of the kids are less than socialized. On the down side, the photo booth seems to have problems fairly often, but everything else seems to work well.
