Davis Lawrence MD

The great: Excellent, knowledgeable physician who packs a lot into his exams. All the time he’s palpating and measuring and testing, he’s also asking questions and doling out advice. His annual physical is extremely thorough.
The good: nice, modern facility. They participate in many insurance plans, most importantly, mine. Appointments run reasonably on time, for a physicians’ office, meaning you’ll be seen about 20 to 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Techs are polite and friendly.
The eh: the administrative staff is bureucratic, proper but not warm, and frustrating at times. If you have an emergency, you may not be thrilled with their slow response to phone calls. This situation seems to be slowly improving.
Bottom line: Dr. Davis is outstanding. He knows medicine. That makes the other stuff worth putting up with.
