They are a huge rip off. They overcharge per individual flower and don’t even assemble it nicely. They do the bare minimum. They are not friendly when you walk in. Will not be doing business here again.

This florist has a great reputation, and I’ve happily ordered from them in the past.
When I recently ordered a Mothers’ Day Arrangement, I called before I came in. While the person with whom I spoke on the telephone was very helpful and encouraged me to come into the store before ordering, I got a boatload of «attitude» from the person in the store, who only wanted to sell me one of their pre-made arrangements. Ignoring my gut, I went ahead and placed an order. When I saw the arrangement the following day, (my spouse had picked it up) it was NOT what we had discussed (i.e., was missing specific flowers). I’m happy to pay a premium for a) service and b) gorgeous floral arrangements. I didn’t get either at Dean Street Greenery. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

I’ve had many arrangements made and DELIVERED from Dean Street Greenery. Everything that I have had made has always been top notch. I’ve also had a few items made for my own personal use and home. The women who work there take great pride in making sure the customer gets what is asked. I highly recommend this florist if you are trying to make a great impression. I will say that the price point is not going to be the lowest around. However, I believe that the work is well worth the price. A+
